I have never met more honest folks than here.
Took my chain saw in because it would not start when hot the mechanic took it in the shop got it cranked nothing wrong with it. (Operator error LOL) showed me how to properly start it. I took my battery off my zero turn mower because I had to jump start it and it checked out good was instructed to take it home and give it a good slow charge. They did not charge me any thing. Now that is an honest dealer. They got all my business in the future.

Excellent place to do business! Al and the gang are awesome!!! I have purchased 2 SXS's from Steven Quinlan over the past two years. My friends and family have also all purchased machines from Al. Steven (aka Quinlan) is great! Justin is the best with setting you up with additional parts and service. If you are looking for a new or used side by side check them out! They are great.

My Echo string trimmer was dropped off Aug 15th. I was never contacted and we just received a call this past Saturday to pick up the trimmer. They requested I pay $102 for a service that wasn’t approved by me. I agreed to pay after voicing my opinion to Richard he dropped the price down to $50. My whole thoughts was if a unit comes in for a starting issue shouldn’t the plug be removed, and filters checked under warranty diagnostics? So there for why would the customer have to pay labor to install new when it’s already covered under warranty? I understand paying for the parts after the customer

May be the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Steve Quinlan went above and beyond. I bought a used golf cart and it had some issues from the start. Steve personally came to my house over an hour drive to troubleshoot. Tried that and it still had issues and we came to find out after he had a technician come that it was batteries. Steve again, personally drove to my home and installed a brand new set of batteries and the cart is running amazing. Steve stayed in touch with me nearly on a daily basis so I knew where the process was. In the end, Steve and Al Lane Motorsports stood behind

I took my toro zero turn. mower in to get an older arm and a hydraulic issue looked at. It’s a commercial unit but has only been used to mow my 2 acres. My right side hydraulic would barely pull the mower. Richard in service said I needed a new hydraulic pump. He called me with a price of $1186. Since the unit is. 2005. I opted to have both rebuilt. I called them at the 1st of March and was told the mower was ready but wouldn’t run. They said it needed a wiring harness. I decided not to pay the additional 600$ for a wiring harness. I picked the mower up. It had to be loaded with a forklift

I'm giving Steve Quinlan six stars. Him, Brian, Stacy, Justin and Big Al himself have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I own a lawn care business and have bought mowers, tractors and other lawn care equipment from them. I buy all my equipment from them. I know that if I have a question or any issues, they are here to help.
I would more than highly recommend checking them out before you make a mistake and purchase elsewhere.
