Services
Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are all primarily used for the ability to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles for forehead lines, crow's feet lines and frown lines between the brows. Treatment generally lasts 3-4 months. Fillers are primarily used for areas with loss of volume such as lips, cheeks, under eyes and temples.
We thank you so much for your continued business and want to ensure we provide you with quality patient care. If you are new to our clinic and book online, you will be reached out to in order to schedule for a Good Faith Exam (GFE). The purpose of the GFE is to ensure each patient is a good fit for the procedure or services they are seeking, based on their current and past medical history, prior to receiving any treatment.
If you tend to bruise easily, you may take Arnica tablets immediately after your treatment. For the remaining pills, please follow the directions on the bottle. You can obtain Arnica without a prescription at some pharmacies and most health food/ nutritional supplement stores like Sprouts or Clarks.
If an active breakout or herpetic lesion occurs before treatment, please consult your practitioner. Immediately after your treatment, you will look as though you have a moderate to severe sunburn and your skin may feel warm and tighter than usual. This is normal and will subside after 1 to 2 hours and will normally recover within the same day or 24 hours.
It is imperative that you avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 4 weeks prior to your treatment. This is a must and no exceptions will be made. Do not tweeze, wax or epilate the area being treated for approximately 6 weeks prior to treatment. The night before treatment thoroughly shave all areas to be treated; skin must be clean and free of all hair.

I absolutely love Tiffany! I was very nervous getting Botox for the first time but Tiffany did an amazing job explaining everything. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I always leave Tiffany's chair with more self confidence when when I walked in.

Had my fillers and a consultation for threads yesterday with Jackie.
She is the sweatiest and very knowledgeable , she doesn't just shove filler's in your face, she actually looks at your face and asks what you are trying to achieve. She will not do some thing you don't need. We where laughing and pulling on my face to show me what the threads would look like. She made me feel very comfortable, I trust her with all my face needs. Jackie will keep me looking young.

I have been going to True since they opened and have been treated by both Tiffany and Jackie...both the most professional, personable, and gifted providers I have had the pleasure of knowing! I, hands down, would never trust my face to any other providers. I went to True Wellness for under-eye filler on August 22nd. After swelling subsided I noticed my tear troughs were puffy, overcorrected, and had developed a blue-tinted bump underneath the surface of my skin.
I called the office for a follow-up and stated I was unhappy with my results. I don't feel the office did their best to rectify my issue. He didn't ask why I was unhappy, showed no sense of urgency to get me in for a follow-up, and had no flexibility for an appointment I wouldn't have needed if the service was done correctly in the first place.

I where do I start? From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Max you feel a warm welcome. I've seen both Jackie and Tiffany and both are the absolutely amazing. They take time to explain the procedure, educate and answer any questions you may have. I never fill rushed or like I'm just a number. I'm always excited to visit them! Tiffany is AMAZING! This is my first time ever, getting botox and she provided so much information. Even before I booked with her. I had been following her in IG for a couple of years. I have been coming to Tiffany since before she opened this location. She does AMAZING work!! I've been getting my Botox and lip injections for a while now and love my results! I also had Agnes for my double chin with Jackie and super happy with those results as well. Customer service is 100! Due to Covid my appointment was canceled which was understandable. When they did re-open I called to reschedule and they were rude. They were able to accommodate everyone else with their canceled appointments on social media. They treated me like the dirt under their shoes. I've been going her for years and now they are acting like I am nothing. I DO NOT recommend giving these rude, snooty individuals any business.

I just had my appointment today with Tiffany and I knew after I left I needed to leave her a review. Tiffany and her staff are amazing very pleasant informative and accommodating. I got a little wheezy during my lip filler injection and Tiffany handled it very well. She gave me a little break an ice pack and some reassurance, and then we were good to go. I am extremely happy with my lips and Botox, she is amazing and I will definitely be coming back !!

I've been a patient of Tiffany for the last 3 years and I will continue to support her because she is a master of her craft. Being in my 30s I have noticed that preventative maintenance is required to continue to enhance my features. The services I have received is lip fillers to add volume and cheek fillers to fill in the hollowness. Also the good ole Botox on my frown lines to soften the "mean look". I had my appointment with Tiffany about a week ago for Botox in my masseters and upper lip, and I am so happy with the results! My jawline has slimmed down and my previously uneven smile has evened out significantly. I'm only 21 and didn't want to make any drastic changes to my face, so Tiffany made sure to be conservative enough with the treatment so I still look like myself, but an enhanced version ;) I appreciated that she didn't push me into getting more Botox than I was comfortable with.
