Dr. Crystal L. Franklin was born and raised in Georgetown, SC, and was happy to return to her native roots upon graduation from Optometry school. For undergraduate studies, Dr. Franklin attended Clemson University where she graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Biological Sciences. Immediately afterwards, she attended the Southern College of Optometry where she earned a doctorate of Optometry degree.

Dr. Franklin's entire team took care of me when my son stepped on my glasses and broke out the lens. We just moved to Pawleys Island and her office was the closest. The staff and Dr. Franklin were kind, courteous and even answered questions about what services they offer outside of the optical. They fixed them in a matter of minuets.
