Annie is passionate about helping people and has enjoyed the opportunity to serve buyers and sellers for the past four years. She has especially loved working with first time home buyers and sellers being able to provide a low-stress experience for them. Blessed to be doing what I love in this amazing city we call Houston! Originally from Indiana, I grew up playing numerous sports; football was my primary sport, but basketball was always a close second. After attending Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) and receiving degrees in both Psychology and Criminal Justice, I realized my true passion was in fitness.
Bobbi is a native Houstonian. She attended the University of Houston, where she was a four year letter winner in volleyball. After college she took her volleyball skills to the beach, where she met her husband, Tim. As Transaction Coordinator, she strives to make each transaction as smooth and seamless as possible.
Cara Karbach moved to Houston almost 15 years ago after college. Within the Houston area, she has lived in The Woodlands, the Houston Heights, the Galleria, Oak Forest, and most recently in the Memorial area. She also has a good working knowledge of Cypress and Katy as well. Cara knows what it is like to call each of these communities home and keeps apprised of the unique things happening within each community and their local school districts.
After graduating from Penn State with a BS in Engineering, Eileen moved to Houston where she worked in Oil and Gas and also began traveling the world. Though not native to Houston, Eileen has fallen in love with the city after living here for more than 20 years, and she considers herself to be "almost" local.

This is quite possibly the best group in Houston. I have worked with Michele and she is the most thorough and honest realtor I have met. She helped us sell our home and buy a home with ease. Unfortunately the home we bought flooded in Harvey not long after we bought it and the Indyquest group even sent out a team to help us gut the home and power wash it! Most companies would have been done the moment the sale was complete. Indyquest is different. Once you work with them they treat you like family.

I called to look at a home and he(Creston) said he would be there at 12pm never showed up or called to tell us he was running late. Called again at 1240pm he said he was running late and was about 10min away. Finally got here at around 130pm!! Talk about courtesy of people's time. When he came he was very impersonal just said hi and told us to look around and let him know if we had questions. The whole entire time he was just talking to the cleaning guy. I felt his demeanor is nonchalant wasn't even friendly at all to is, as making sure we don't have any question instead you ignored

It was an enjoyable experience to work with Creston in selling my mother's home. It was evident throughout the process that I was a priority in communication, execution and closing the deal. Creston, went above and beyond to sell our house in a tough market. We chose him because we were interested in the house next door. He pursued us and tried to keep us interested.
