This allows you to request your records electronically, update your demographics, and send and receive secure messages. It's easy, all you need is your email address and we can send you an invitation with a link to register.

Services
All patients must complete registration process and our office staff will assist you in making sure your information is gathered prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if your insurance plan or demographic information changes. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance carrier.

So many people turned away my autistic son but not them. They have treated him with the utmost respect and dignity. They have never had any problems or concerns arranging treatment. I have never met a more compassionate and understanding group of people. It’s not about the numbers. It’s about the person.

I'm so upset, 2/19/2020, I got a call two hours prior to my minor childs 1st appointment that they are cancelling it due to weather! We live in Alaska one, two the provider is via teladoc in a different state, three I'm being called from the office! My child missed classes and I'm not scheduled to work today thank goodness. Poor first impression! Now we have to wait 10 more days and hope that doesn't get get canceled with only a two hour notice! So disappointed Monarch.

Went from 5 stars to 3 star. NP Hessler was absolutely wonderful- when you can actually get a appointment. Heaven forbid you get a new job- they will leave you high and dry with no options but to let your mental health deteriorate.
Sometimes they call to schedule an appt- sometimes you have to call. Just counts on how they feel that week.

Called Monarch to make an appt. for my mental health, which I have personally noticed was not up to par. Monarch would not even make an appt until I had a referral. I believe that mental health is to not be taken lightly. Why do I need a referral? You're not a knee, back or cancer specialist. This is MENTAL HEALTH!! Needless to say I will not use them nor would I ever refer them to anyone else.

Started seeing them a couple weeks ago for my sons issues. They called me up today and said that they were not going to help my son out because of me.who wins in the situation nobody basically denied a child any kind of Help for his ADD instead she insulted my family very unprofessionally as far as I’m concerned don’t take your children there because they will just cut them off mid sentence and be careful they have video cameras everywhere and they’re watching your every move. Will they put you on pause when you’re seeing someone down south on a computer screen all they’re doing is watching
