One of THE WORST staffing agencies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have recruiters who barely speak English well enough to understand what they're soliciting you for and the worst part is you'll have about 5 or six of them contact you about the same job within minutes of each other. As someone in the recruiting business this is just unacceptable on so many levels. The few times I did agree to be submitted for a job they were trying to fill, not only did they never update me, they would call me or email me again about the same job as if they had no record of ever submitting

After my first review from March of 2016 I received a message from Lacey B. telling me that Sun Technologies is headquartered in Alpharetta, GA and recruitment is located in Bangalore, India. Lacey said that they "take ... concerns seriously" and that they "have implemented a new Applicant Tracking System" to avoid redundancies in contacting. WOW! It only took almost 4 years to reply and provide an update on what Sun Technologies is doing about rising from the abyss! I would never let myself be represented by Sun Technologies!

I have been looking for the right job for several months. Most wanted me to do things I was not trained for, or wanted me to use my top level skills for jobs that paid pretty poor. I interviewed for many jobs that liked a younger crowd. Sun Technologies jumped on the opportunity to contact me. I got to interview with the actual employer, was a given very decent pay for my skills, and got hired within two days. They were very thorough with the hiring process and was able to get in everything in time to start the following Monday. They have been very helpful and have answered all of my questions

Guess I applied for some job on Career Builder that allowed these guys to snag my phone number. They call all day (first call at 8am, last at 7pm) every day. I'm pretty good with accents, ive lived all over the world, but the guy who calls is unintelligible. He has a thick accent, but he also whispers and sounds like hes eating the phone. I can't at all understand what he's offering, so i keep telling him im not interested. He just calks back an hour later. I block rhenumber, but he just calls from another. I have bill collectors who are less harassing.

Within a 15min period I was contacted by (5) Sun Technology recruiters for the same position but with differing rates and contract durations. The recruiters are all from India, difficult to understand, and have no idea what they are calling about in terms of requirements of a job (in this case an engineering role). They could answer NO questions as they are merely regurgitating from a script and reading the role that they email anyway. The push to hard to have you commit to signing with them. Anybody who asks you for identify info by email or phone, like date of birth or social security number or work permit number or drivers license (even if they just want partial info), is probably not trustworthy. No reputable client (employer) will ask for identity info like this unless they have already made an offer that is contingent on you passing a background check. Never ever provide your dob, social, DL or other identity info, even if they insist you must complete an application in advance with that info to be considered for the job. I have had over 10 calls and emails from their so called employees. They are work from home tele-callers in India. I can't understand most of them and have told them all to take me off their list. One persons solution was for me to take my phone number off my Career Builder resume. What the heck I want calls from the employers. I will say this for them they are persistent.
