My firm has used Carmichael Consulting Solutions as our IT folks for a long time now, based on the recommendation of our marketing consultants. We've generally found everyone at Carmichael to be pleasant to deal with, responsive, and professional. They can often fix things or answer questions very quickly; if they can't, they are usually good about following up after they find out whatever they need to find out to make the fix or provide the answer. My company has been with Carmichael for years now. They have gotten better at communicating with our large staff and with streamlining the process to get issues or as they call them "tickets" resolved. I especially like how they more recently email us with tips and tricks when new software updates come out. It's a good tech support company. Never had an issue on my end with them.
