Dr. Lartchenko has treated me for a complicated post op staph infection several years ago & now again for another run in with staph, this time in my port. I have nothing but good things to say about him & his staff. I absolutely adore Dr. L’s bedside manner, which is hard to find in this specialty. He is one of the most intelligent, caring people I know. I highly recommend him & his staff to anyone needing the care of an Infectious Disease Specialist!

Literally the best doctors office I have ever been to! The staff is so caring and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care of and understood what was happening! Dr. Lartchenko is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to understand everything that was going on. I speedy recovery was all I wanted and they gave me so much more than that! I highly recommend Dr. Lartchenko and his staff.

In mid 2017, I contracted MRSA from a neurosurgeon in his private surgical suite. Two days after my neck surgery, I had pus pouring at the site and found myself in the most excruciating pain. Thank goodness for the referral to Dr. Lachenko and his staff at the Texas Disease Institute. After 3 months of having a picc line and weekly trips to his office, I recovered. He saved my life and gave me hope. I am so grateful to him and all of his staff. They are wonderful consumate professionals and really care about their clients. Happy to be alive!

Dr. Serge Lartchenko listened and spent time with me and working to figure out my complicated infection issue. He returns calls and cares. Over all he wants to find what is actually causing the infection then just treating it with pill after pill,,,, he wants to figure out cause of the problem which to me is important. He is confident and straightforward. His staff is very nice and have worked with me on scheduling. Nice people.

Got me all taken care of. I wouldn’t say they are the best at bedside manner but definitely not the worst. The nurse practitioner is pretty green and needs some coaching on talking to someone with a terminal illness. The Dr. knows what he is doing and is good at his job. I am getting all healed from my infection which is the only reason I was there so that why the 5 stars. They have a great nurse that changes my dressing every week and I love her attitude and ability.

Tried to call for 3 days to get an appointment. I sent over my information by fax two days in a row and the second day they never returned my phone call regarding setting up an appointment. It is truly sad because l work in the facility next door and we can't even get appts with good doctors that we know. Very disappointed and trying to find another doctor.
