Had to drop a star for wait times because they do get crazy busy being what I believe, the only taxi company around aside from the new wave transportation services. I’ve gotten John both times and he’s an awesome dude. Called for a ride for a fellow resident around midnight one night and he came out but the van wouldn’t start. The company sent another car right away for her and I sat with him until the tow truck arrived so they’re on top of things service wise as well. Huge thank you for your help when we needed a ride!

I called in and specified that I needed a wheelchair accessible vehicle for a 4:30am pick up. I was told I would receive a call around 4 letting me know the driver was on their way. 4:30 comes around and still no call . I called the cab company and was told that a van was on it's way.The van finally gets here and it's not wheelchair accessible. My mom needed the ride for dialysis. I asked for a grewWe usually use the Care B, but I had forgotten about the labor day holiday . Still waiting....

I've used this cab company for the last two to three weeks on and off between UBER. The woman who runs dispatch and answers the phones is truly very delightful.
I am okay with this company and have used then throughout the years in Corpus. But like alot of companies and places throughout the last year. It was extremely effected by Covid. The driver I had last was a sweet older gentlemen. But he was on his phone, on a video game app. I understand wanting to play your game, and I politely told him it was okay, because hey it was late at night and I probably was one of his only passengers that night

So today, Tuesday July 20, 2021 my brother who is a single father with a disabled son who requires a wheel chair accessible van to get him to his apts when needed, was late to a dr. Appointment because this cab company lied to him when he tried to make an appointment the day before his sons apt, was told he had to call 2 hours before he needed a cab so with that said he did just that and they told him lie after lie about being too busy and when he asked to speak to a supervisor he was ignored and the receptionist just hung up in him. I really hope this message reaches the right person to resolve

We ran out of gas towing the camper on the causeway heading to Mustang Island and we called Green N Go cabs and they sent a cab out to us in about 15 minutes. Their driver (Robert Walker) took me to a Walmart for a gas can and then to a gas station. He was very friendly and helpful and my family and I were very grateful. Very fast, super helpful, very professional, very affordable, highly recommend them if you need a ride.

I am a nurse at a a local assisted living, this was a terrible experience, we set up transportation weeks in advance for a wheelchair transport, dropped off ALMOST on time, was told to call for pick up, I called for pick up and was told 30-40 minute, called after an hour and was told we had already been picked up, was given an approx time of additional 30 minute, nope.. called 4 times and received horrible attitude from the dispatc, multiple excuses, was hung up on. while my diabetic resident had to sit and literally wait for more than 2 hours, ended up having employees from our facility pick us

Called 24 hours prior to set up ride in accessible van. On the day of I called 3 hours prior to pick up just to verify and was told their accessible van was down. Not sure if they just weren’t going to show up but no one even reached out to let me know so I could figure out other arrangements.

So they were over an hour late picking me up. Missed my flight. I have taken taxis all around the world. Some in Asia some in Europe. More states and cities then I have time to list. This is by far the worse operation on the planet. Call an Uber a Lyft walk do what ever you have to to avoid using this company.

To preface, I download 'yelp' solely for the purpose of sharing my experience with this company. I requested their services last week after I could not drive home due to a preexisting condition and presumably, since I as being picked up from a bar, the woman assumed I was intoxicated. I decided to forego medical attention and seek a service ride home since I could alleviate the situation there. Called for a cab. Was told it would be right over.
Called back nearly 30 minutes later to inquire where it was. Was directed to their "automated service" that required me to send text messages to ask questions. One of which was "status".
When I texted "status" the message said a cab would be dispatched as soon as one was available.
I called American Taxi and had a ride in less than 5 minutes.
If you don't want to pick me up, or don't have a car available, then say so. You

Now that Uber is gone, what other alternative do you have? Its kind of annoying when you call dispatch and they tell you they can't have the driver come at a certain time. You have to be "ready" before they will send someone. The driver added some strange charge that didn't seem legal but I don't think that was the drivers fault, as the company forced him to do it. Our driver was super nice at least. I will definitely use them again because I don't really have another choice.

I should have paid attention to the Yelp reviews. But they were the cab provider recommended by Coffee Waves, so I went with them. What a nightmare!
When I first talked to the dispatcher, she had trouble finding my location -- the very Coffee Waves that had recommended them. But she finally figured it out and put in my reservation. 20 minutes later -- no cab. I called to make sure they'd been able to find the place and asked how long it would be. She said . . . another 20 minutes! Really? I asked.

I'll get right to it. The cab itself looked like an episode of Hoarders had been filmed inside and pieces of the car were actually rattling off as we were going to our destination. The driver was pretty sketchy and got lost even though we were going to a major tourist attraction. The one positive was he was at least on time. My advice is to pay a couple of bucks more and call Uber next time you need a lift.
