Founded in 1995 by Peter Andrews and Martin Mobeck, North American Safety Products, Inc. initially operated out of a one-bedroom apartment in Chicago. In 1996, we introduced VERSA-GUARD - the original portable expanding barricade and our flagship product - to the world. By the end of 2002, Mr. Andrews sold his stock shares to Mr. Mobeck.
The company re-located for the 3rd time to bigger manufacturing facilities to help fuel the growth. Between 2003 and 2010, the company introduces several new products lines, Restrict-Guard, our panel guarding systems, developed a switches and controls department and several other products. During that time, we redesigned our Rear-Guard and Versa-Guard product lines.
