So I get to provide feedback on Torch Group from the candidate perspective. Almost all of my positions I have accepted have been through recruiting firms, so I like to think I know what makes a good or a great firm, and I consider Torch Group to be a GREAT firm for 3 reasons. One, they are extremely thorough. I wish I had a nickel for every time a recruiting firm called me up to tell me they have this "great opportunity" for me, when in fact all they had done was typed in a couple of key words into LinkedIn, my name came up in the search, and without even reading my resume, just called me to see
