Everyone (Nelson, Robin and Jeff) at Vertical Elegance was great to work with. Professional, friendly and great service. I had some shades restrung upon recommendation from the owner Nelson, which saved me money. Others were brand new. The shades were delivered on time and installed quickly and cleanly. Thanks, Brad.

Our experience with Vertical Elegance was awesome. We loved their service. There were numerous choices in fabric roman shades, and with the help of Robin, it made it easier for us to select. Lennox made it so much easier for us to see which kind of roman shades will be better for our windows at the visit to our home. We are happy with their service and price ranges they provide. Cannot wait to see the beautiful roman shades to be installed soon!!

In 2004 we installed pleated shades in our dining and living rooms. They are large and were very expensive. A couple of years ago the cord on one broke. I dreaded the thought of trying to match a new one and eventually replace them all. By chance I saw a card to repair blinds and have been so happy to have found VE. I’ve had 3 done and another broke today. Sure beats having to replace them all. Excellent work.
