Willamette Valley Medical Center (WVMC) is a 60-bed acute-care, full-service facility, fully accredited by The Joint Commission and certified as an accredited Chest Pain Center by ACC Accreditation Services, the accrediting arm of the American College of Cardiology.
WVMC features a 24-hour Emergency Department with round-the-clock imaging and laboratory services, the Joint Replacement Institute (Advanced Certified in Total Hip and Knee Replacement by the Joint Commission), an Intensive Care Unit, and a Senior Behavioral Health Services unit.

Your hospital bill does not include charges for your personal physician, surgeon, anesthetist, pathologist, radiologist, emergency room physician, or other physician's consultants. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time in the ER with a doctor that doesn’t care about your well-being and will send you home with a diagnosis that’s already in your charts when that’s not the reason you went in. Not to mention, they won’t return to your room to read results for any tests they do order. Would give zero stars if I could.

The emergency room staff is incredibly rude and treated my friend with mental issues terrible, on top of it she was bleeding with tons of clots, they didn't even examine her nor did they take her vitals ... what kind of hospital is this??? To send her home with out even seeing why she is passing tons of clots.

I had surgery 8 weeks ago and wrote a letter about my experience with billing/ check in. Never heard back. They say they called me to tell me how much bill would cost but never got a call. Then went back for another surgery a few days ago as really like Dr. Rains and again they said they called me with no voicemail. No where does it say they want 50% of bill paid. Why do I spend so much for insurance if they want money up front??

Good luck getting seen within 2 hours. The way they treat patients youd be better off bleeding out. Probably easier to just die than try and get help here. You will pay out the A for ANYTHING here aswell. Absolutely no quality control. On top of that they allow POSITIVE COVID PATIENTS TO WAIT BESIDES OTHERS IN THE WAITING ROOM. I do not have covid, I should not have to be forced to wait with people who do.
Edit: I have now been waiting 4 hours to be helped. People have come and go and I still have not been helped. Another person has been waitng 6 hours now. 6 hours to receive medical attention

Do not go to this Hospital They have "Miss-billed" in there favor every single time I have gone there this year. It takes hours to fix with some company down south. They used to have a billing person on staff that would handle major issues, apparently not anymore. The medical care is fine but the billing and administrative services are so poor I suggest finding any other place to go if at all possible.

Local staff Dr and Nurses are professional and this review in no way reflects upon them. The business office is horrible. To start with this hospital has been sold and bought so many times that in my opinion they are a mess financially. So they over charge. Allot. On order of x7 in one case for me compared to another local provider. To make matters worse the provider and medical center will not inform you before a procedure of the cost of the procedure as of late 2020. Their business office will not respond to you by mail if you write letters disputing their charges. Even if you write them several

I like the hospital because I have a really good neurologist and a really good OBGYN. Other than that, when it comes to applying for jobs on their online, the website is easy to do but every single time I have applied for a job I ALWAYS get denied. Always. I don’t even get a chance to interview, just always a denial email saying they “selected another candidate” for the position, but then a month or two later the job position is still posted on their site. I used to work there in the past and ever since I haven’t, I can’t seem to get any sort of chance from them. Absolutely frustrating

I came from out of town and went to the water park within minutes my lupus flared up and didn’t like anything I was taken to this hospital within minutes!! THIS IS THE BEST HOSPITAL AND STAFF I HAVE EVER EVER WITNESSED BY FAR THE BEST TEAM AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! I was so sick but they fixed me with hours I was out and back home! Wonderful dedicated staff great atmosphere and I’m so lucky and happy to have understanding doctors!! Thank you!!! God bless you all seriously!!
