Dr Melvin was efficient and compassionate. He reviewed my images, offered options and clear explanations. He was unhurried and receptive to all my questions about knee replacement.

For your orthopaedic needs, don't look any further than WOSM. Quality of care is second to none. Most recent visit was with Dr. Barth. He provides a thorough explanation of your condition, and treatment options, and makes certain that all of your questions are answered, prior to leaving.

Superb care! Thoughtful kind attention by all staff members. Dr. Patel's explanations were understandable and empathetic which was comforting considering the pain I have been experiencing. Could not recommend someone more highly. William Sawchuk

Dr. Klimkiewicz is a terrific surgeon. In addition, more than any other doctor's office I have seen, Dr. K's staff answers questions quickly and completely. While having rotator cuff surgery isn't easy, this is as good as it gets.

Dr. Barth is the finest hand surgeon in Washington and probably everywhere else as well. He is always thoughtful and easy to deal with. He is outstanding at explaining his diagnoses in layman's terms.

Dr. Starr is great (he'll be even greater after he fixes my back.). He's empathetic, quick, funny and, frankly, nice. I don't always find that to the case among top-flight professionals. It's actually been a pleasure dealing with him.

I was extremely happy to meet Dr Patel and Dana - I have found both of them personable and informative. I am a very complicated case and had been to five other Dr and none of them were interested in trying to help me (and believe me I was in extreme pain - crying all the time). I wasn’t sure if I would ever find someone willing to take on my case. I have made it through the first surgery and we are hoping I can hold off on the others I need for some time as they get more complex and dangerous as we approach them. I thank God every day for him showing me the way to WOSM.

Following Dr. John Klimkiewicz to his new office. Dr. K isn't one quick to perform surgery. He will send you to PT and give you exercises to do before suggesting surgery.

The office is spacious, the appointments are seen ON TIME (or very close to the appt time), and there is ample parking.

Dr. K is thorough in that he is going to take xrays, MRIs or whatever other exams are needed to get a full view/status of your particular situation. He has a very pleasant bedside manner goes over every result with you, in depth. I can appreciate his honesty and feedback.
