Fraser Construction was founded on Hilton Head Island, SC in 1978 by Joe Harden as Joe Harden Builder, Inc. Later, in 1989, Harden Clubhouse Builders, Inc. was formed to specialize in clubhouse and resort amenity construction. Joe Fraser III rejoined the organization in 1995 as President having previously worked for the company as project manager and vice president from 1979 to 1985.

Fraser Construction is excited to offer the Design-Build option to its clients. The Design-Build option streamlines the development process and quotes the Guaranteed Maximum Price at the completion of the preliminary design. Fraser Construction has partnered with three different architectural firms as well as engineering and land planning firms to design, permit and construct your project.
