I stayed at Dunhill two years ago and i always remember how it was nice, warm and peaceful. The staff were quite helpful, welcoming and so kind. I loved the cookies they serve afternoon, the bar you can drink something along with nice music and the chocolate they bring all the nights you stayed. The atmosphere was good and cleaning is the best. I hope see you again dear Dunhill❤️

I absolutely love this hotel! It was gorgeous the restaurant was amazing, and the bar was on point. At the heart of uptown Charlotte it was a great place to walk to the theater, and everything we did this weekend. Anybody who's looking for an amazing stay with awesome staff clean rooms and overall one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had should consider staying here while in Charlotte!

Very friendly staff, wonderful bar and bartenders, and perfect location for exploring Uptown Charlotte! When we told them we were there for our wedding anniversary, they brought us champagne to our room free of charge! Such a great place to stay.

Great location in town. Loved the vintage environment. I read up on the history of the hotel which made it 10x more exciting to stay there. Staff was incredible and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Charlotte for the first time!

LOVE this hotel! First time staying here. The most comfy rooms and the beds are amazing! Our room overlooked all the tall buildings and the Christmas lights. Good hot shower. Good water pressure even on the 7th floor. Friendly staff. Parking deck right beside the hotel. Great restaurant attached. Will stay here again!

Beautiful, comfortable rooms with great views. Whoever does the interior design hits the perfect balance between conserving the historical feel but updating to modern aesthetics and comfort. The lobby and lounge/bar area made me want to don a 20's flapper dress and dance all night to swing music! The customer service was wonderful as well. We asked the front desk for ice and we had barely crossed the threshold of our room before we had a knock on the door, and the ice was delivered to us. I really liked that the parking garage was right behind the hotel as well. And we walked to several of the

My wife and I visited the dunhill hotel recently and were extremely disappointed. The rooms are not nearly as spacious as advertised, and in my opinion was significantly over priced. Simple commodities that are in even the most basic motels aren't provided, such as a microwave or a fridge. Also the hotel will charge 23 dollars for parking a day. The lobby is very nice and has a really great atmosphere but the rooms themselves are very underwhelming! The only reason I am not leaving a 1 star review is because of the OUTSTANDING customer service that was provided by the employees of the hotel

On this past weekend my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Dunhill. Although it was a short stay we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is such a charming, classy, timelessly decorated, luxuriously appointed hotel.... And please don’t get me started about the brunch at the Asbury.

I wanted to give the Dunhill 5 stars, but a rude housekeeper who pounded on our door even though the do not disturb was out prevented me from doing that. Other than that unfortunate experience, our stay was wonderful. Love the restored vintage hotel. Rooms are classic but fully functional with good beds and great climate control. Beautiful bar in the lobby with a very friendly bartender. We also enjoyed a nice room service breakfast in the morning. Because of Covid, they don't valet park--but there is a huge garage right behind the hotel.

Yes, sometime you just have to make other plans. Due to Covid-19 we had to come with some fast to celebrate our anniversary. Dunhill staycation was right on time. Girl, like me always looks for this best bang for our buck. As, you know parking downtown can be costly. This package came with complimentary parking that was very convenient to the door without walking a block with heavy suitcase. Love this, it's the small things with details that get me excited. We also had two options add-on amenities that came with the package. We chose the evening tea with dessert for two. Great way to recap

Yes, five stars all the way for me. I stayed here for 4 nights and loved every moment of it. From the amazing service to the charming vibe of this historic hotel, I am at a loss by the mixed reviews. They are currently going through renovations on some of their floors but even the work crews were super friendly and nice.

Service: From the moment I arrived every single staff member I encountered was so nice and welcoming, always checking to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. I absolutely loved the you man who was walking around checking on the different floors and doing housekeeping

Charming spot. Their service was great from the moment I booked the room. The staff really did everything they could to make our stay special and make us feel like valued guests. This made it much easier to ignore a couple maintenance issues. Great location, and parking is pretty easy, too. Just remember to validate!

Hotel was old gave you a 1960's feel. We got upgraded and the room was decent, had complimentary water and chocolate. The room even had robes and an umbrella! The bathroom was small but got the job done, I liked how the bathroom had a full body mirror on the outside of the bathroom door which i liked. Idk why people are saying the complimentary breakfast was awesome because all I saw was a box full of bread and muffins, bananas, and coffee. Front desk receptionist was super nice.

We finally got over to the bar/lounge area at the Dunhill. The environment is very nice and relaxed with plenty of seating options. We ordered the Beetnik cocktail, which was very refreshing and almost too smooth :) The bartender was very friendly as well. This would be a great place to stop by for a drink before or after going out in Uptown.

Everything started out fine, room is great front desk staff was very good. Then it went to crap. Front desk guy asked me time for romance package 639 pm it showed up at 5 pm. Went to dinner and the associate manager dropped the ball and forgot to make our dinner reservations at The Asbury and even called me back and asked is it for something special? I said in fact it's my wife's birthday! I will take care of it and we will see you then. Went down for dinner served by Justin(awesome) but man I had to say it's for my wife's birthday unfortunately with her sitting here. Now I

This hotel is in the perfect location.
Upon my arrival, I was pleased. The smell of the lobby alone made me happy. My check-in was quick and extremely pleasant. The room was clean and decorated just right - simple & classy. There are so many 4 star restaurants in walking distance. You really have a wonderful variety of cuisines at varying price points.

Other than wanting it to be king sized, I wish I could've packed up the mattress and bedding. The complimentary breakfast was also very well displayed and convenient. I would stay here again...just because.

We had an absolutely lovely two night stay at the Dunhill. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the action, so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms and beds were on the smallish side, but the beds were comfortable and the shower was roomy with good water pressure. There was a refrigerator stocked with complimentary water and the complimentary breakfast got the job done.

What really made this a 5 star experience though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Take Pete for example. Pete is the resident bartender and socialite extraordinaire. 90% of the
