Sam Millman has the patience of Job and a congenial personality! We started the process to refinance our Reverse Mortgage with Sam about 6 months ago. Everything moved along well until we got to the appraisal process. Sam was finally able to get an appraisal scheduled about 3-4 months into the process. Unfortunately, FHA required a second appraisal and we were back to ground zero. I do not know how many calls and emails Sam had to make before we were finally able to close this new loan.
