Made an appointment for 11:15 to get an Oil Change, Filter and Tire Rotation as described on their Coupon. Pay Pal already deposited the money in their account (according to Pay Pal). Upon entering, Masks were required but very few were wearing them. The Man at the front desk told me "They Don't Take Reservations" unless early in the morning and "They did not receive any money from Pay Pal" a definite lie according to pay pal.
He told me he could squeeze me in 2-21.2 hours if I wanted to wait.

As a person that has owned and run new vehicle dealerships for many years I normally don’t go to third party shops. But as I am not working right now and I just had Tilden so some service on my Jeep and when I picked it up I asked the fellow that was assisting

Be absolutely sure to get an estimate and research the cost of parts. Tilden charged me more than twice the amount of dealership prices on the parts they installed. To me, a good/ honest mechanic will only charge you the cost of the part as they make plenty money off of the labor they charge. Again, be sure to get an estimate and to research the parts cost!!!

There were so slow with giving me an oil change! I dropped my car off at 11am and i took a lyft to the beach and came back 4hrs later to see my car had not moved. The guy at the front desk still tried to make me pay. I would have been more than happy to wait it they were just that busy that day but then i saw the guy who came in after me paying for his car and driving away. I wont go into the fact that he was a white man and i am not but i was mad. Then when i finally got my car back the tire pressure light was on and it wont turn off and one of the caps fro the valve were missi g. I dont know

I just want to say that the man who wrote a revenge review is extremely immature. Tilden has been my repair shop for 15 years. I have recommended Tildens to all my friends family and coworkers. I’m am appalled that anyone out of personal spite would post a review for the shop about Mark. All the boys at Tilden are amazing. This is slanderous. Tsk tsk!

Be very careful of this outfit, wanted to charge me $80.00 for two air filters as well $38.00 for the advertised $20.00 oil change. They told me after I left my oil filter was not included in the price. People have to make a living but they are not recommendable. To follow up on the owner's response, I did forget to mention that the installation of the air filters which I purchased for $5.91 each on line take three minutes(for both) to install was included in the price. Not impressed. Brought my car in tech left carpet dirty, door handle dirty(believe it or not Mr Owner customers DO notice these things hint hint...) and owner never called with repair quote for further repair needed. Never itemized my bill for the repair I came in with just wanted me to fork over the cc. Was not the friendliest either. Perhaps its his NE persona but it was flat and snobbish. I wont be back again!

The guys took care of my car needs in about an hour on a busy Friday morning! Granted I didn't have a major issue, or one they had to find. I knew exactly what I needed and told them precisely what I wanted done. They got straight to it and got me on my way! I have been taking my car and my son's truck to Tilden for years because I trust them. They never over charge me, they always tell me what can wait and what should not wait. They even taught me how to change out some fuses that blew so I could do it myself instead of paying them or anyone else to do it. The owner isn't' cranky, he's gruff but Mark works the front desk and he is always pleasant.
I trust these guys and in south Florida that's a rare find.

Have taken my car there several times and my husband's Mercedes. These guys are GREAT! They fix what is broken and nothing more. They are HONEST and they do a great job. My car was overheating and I wasn't sure why. It was a sensor. They charged me for the diagnostic and to fix the sensor and for an oil change (I was overdue)! Total 350.00! They could have said it was a fan or a belt or the whole cooling system. They did say my front brakes are low so I will be getting that done in a few weeks at Tildens. Thanx guys!

Sigh. Vehicles get old. Whether it's here or elsewhere, always take your car to a car care center rather than a dealership when it comes to having major work done. You could end up saving hundreds or even (yikes!) thousands when the job is completed. Sadly, it's reality and the visit was pleasant. The staff recommended what needed to be done or what can wait. I plan to have my car until it dies because a car payment sucks. Only time will tell what I'm going to have to have done next to keep the pony reliable. It's been super good so far with 90,000 miles kicking.
