I've been going here for 15 years. My recent experiences around their stance on covid safety are alarming . Yesterday I left an appointment before even taking my mask off having been given disrespect, excuses and being gaslit for my concerns about covid safety in general and specifically about the assistant I would have been very close to, breathing on me, had I stayed for treatment for a toothache. She was wearing a mask below her nose and responded in a non-committal and put upon way about "trying" to keep the mask up to cover her nose during treatment. This is no longer a safe dental office

I have been going to DuHamel Family Dentistry for 30+ yrs. They have the best staff and best doctors. It feels like family when you go in there. They are very caring. Highly recommend!!!!

Called to initiate care. When I asked if they were masked and following mandatory COVID health and safety regulations, I was told that "some were; some weren't." When I asked if the unmasked workers were fully vaccinated (I never requested any personal information), I was told it was "protected by HIPAA." Of course, I then explained how HIPAA DOES NOT APPLY to customers trying to determine if a business is safe to visit and is following required safety mandates. I asked twice to speak to the office manager. Obviously they are not masked and not vaccinated and not forthcoming about it. The message

I had a dental cleaning with Bailey today, she is amazing and so pretty. The front office staff was extremely professional and also pretty. Now those women who work in the sleep apnea department, they are pretty, and very helpful! I highly recommend Dr DuHamels office, you will get tender loving care, and everyone is “pretty”!

I have not been to the dentist in a decade or more. I had a raving review from a friend who drove all the way from Sacramento just to go to this dentist. That sold me! The staff was excellent and so friendly. The technician and dentist were amazing. I highly recommend them.

There is a reason why Dr. DuHamel has a full five stars. Dr. DuHamel and his office provide excellent service. Me and my family have had all kinds of dental work over the years and Dr. DuHamel was our choice for Dentistry. From my daughter's braces to my veneers Dr. Duhamel and his office provide quality dental care services. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff was very pleasant and courteous. The doctor was awesome, I was amazed I was able to get my son in the same day for an emergency appointment! They took great care of my 11 year old, I plan to take my soon to be 4 year old here as well. So nice not having to drive to the city for the dentist!
