Marta was fantastic with the sale of my home. She proved from the beginning to the end she has the experience and knowledge necessary to selling a home quickly and profitably. Before we put it on the market she was instrumental at helping to prepare the place for an optimal viewing. She knows all the right people for staging the house and performing needed repairs. Once we put it in the market we had several offers right away and started escrow almost immediately. We closed in 30 days and we barely had to do any of the work; she handled it all.

Marta helped list and sell our condo in Mission Valley, San Diego. She made the process smooth and was very professional. Her team cleaned and staged our home - we couldn't believe that was our apartment! She also did a great job with the marketing materials (photos and video) that our condo sold quickly, over asking price.

Marta was our realtor in selling our condo in Pacific Beach... we got top dollar and Marta was extremely proactive in marketing our condo and we had 4 fullprice or better offers with 47 hours even during the Covid Virus scare and restrictions. She priced the unit right, we was extremely responsive in getting it staged and ready with us as sellers and in coordinating escrow up to the morning of the close.
