Working with Denny was an all-around wonderful experience. His knowledge, experience, and patience were crucial in helping us to rent out and eventually sell our condo in East Village (all during the pandemic!), and his team was diligent, attentive, and helpful throughout the renting and selling processes. If I could give more stars I would. Denny did a fantastic job selling my condo in East Village. I was worried I wouldn't get a buyer for months and would have to come down on price but in fact the opposite occurred; on the 3rd day listed we had an offer for above asking price and closed shortly after. I attribute much of the success we had on this deal to Denny's careful oversight getting ready to list. If you want great representation by an experienced pro, Denny is your guy.

We were fortunate to "happen upon" Denny Oh when considering a move from the east coast to the west coast.
