Our daughter goes to college in St. Charles and her laptop stopped working while we were in town for a visit. Computer PRO Unltd worked us in to diagnose the issue on the same day. Unfortunately for us, her hard drive was toast and repairing the machine would have been more expensive than buying a new one. But, the diagnostic fee was reasonable and the staff were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Pro: My computer was fixed and the problem explained to me in an adult fashion, with caveats for possible further problems due to the originating cause (power supply failure). The charges were very reasonable.
Con: Because of their favorable reviews there is a backlog, and it took a week to get my machine looked at and repaired.

This is the BEST computer repair and sales company EVER!! They are patient, kind, and really know their stuff. I had worked with Centurytel techs for 2 days to fix my email problems, with no results; I worked with Eric from Computer Pro in St. Charles for 10 minutes, and he had my email up and running great! Very, very, nice people - everyone. My tech was Eric, and he was awesome! Eric is a real asset to any company!
