Great customer service! At first I thought the price was high for an iPhone screen repair but after calling around to about 5 other places nearby, phone zone was by far the cheapest. He spent a great deal of time explaining and showing me the problem and the fix. The repair didn't work the first time so they ordered a new part and replaced it again for free. Would definitely recommend them for a screen replacement!

Bought a phone here with a screen protector with a lifetime warranty. Went back a month later to get a new one and they switch providers so i had to buy a new one then while fixing my screen my home button has been broken ever since. Then went to get pictures off an old phone that wasn't working and completely screwed that up and basically did the exact opposite of what was asked and deleted all of the pictures. They have no idea what they are doing since the owner is not there anymore

Upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Stocked with a variety of phones and phone accessories. They also provide a phone service provider named LYCA and its very good They also do phone repairs as well. I came in this trip to have the tempered glass for my phone replaced. Which was replaced promptly with no issues. Very satisfied with the service I received. The worker was very friendly to all of the customers that were there during the time I was there. The worker tried to address any of their phone or phone service needs as promptly as possible. I recommend this business to others.

The main camera on my Galaxy S5 Active had gotten pretty scratched up over the last couple of years. I was about to buy a brand new one on Amazon when my neighbor told me about the store right by my house. They put a new camera lens in for $29, saving me over $200. They were very courteous, and I had my phone fixed in 10 minutes.

Ok. I have to say one thing about this place...THANK YOU for your help!! I had a mishap with my phone which ended up getting water damage and the screen went blank. I tried every trick of the book: kept it in Rice and blow dried it. Nothing worked but it worsen which I recommend to open the case and keep the battery dry. After that, I took it to the mall and they couldn't figure out the problem. After many visits to places, I tried to take it in to the Apple Store and they all indicated water damage which without insurance...you will pay the replacement fee. I pretty much gave up until I
