As first time homebuyers, the thought of buying property can be extremely stressful and overwhelming. Luckily, we had the honor of having Crystal Brady as our realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.
She had an expansive knowledge of home appliances and pointed out good and bad things about the homes we saw, gave us valuable information on buying home warranties, was always professional and friendly, never pressured us to make an offer or made us feel uncomfortable like other realtors, always answered all of our calls/texts and maybe ridiculous questions (first time home buyer questions), and went above and beyond working with the sellers agents, sellers, property management companies, HOA's, inspection companies and the list goes on.

CDD fees do impact a buyer's overall monthly payment but typically are present in popular and desirable neighborhoods that do come with perks. In this video I explain what a mortgage escrow account is and how taxes and insurance are paid by your mortgage company if you have an escrow account for those items.

Crystal is absolutely AMAZING! She helped my wife and I buy a home 8 years ago. Since then, she’s helped us purchase another property and sell another property as well. She always has your best interests in mind, above anyone else. You will NEVER regret using her as your realtor. I’m in a career that I’m constantly on back to back calls and can’t really answer emails in a timely manner. Crystal did a phenomenal job walking us through the process of selling our house. She helped ensure our home was prepped for showings and did a great job of negotiating to get us the maximum value for our home.
Most importantly, she was kind and by far the most honest real estate agent I have ever worked with (I have moved 10 times).

Crystal is amazing for first time homeowners. She explained - in detail- about every step of the process. Helped us on ways to save money and knew exactly what some things in the house would cost. She also isn't afraid to tell you what she really thinks- like when my husband and I would get too ambituous with our DIY home projects. Always responded right away- didnt matter if it was early morning or late at night. Super friendly and easy to talk to. I would 100000% reccomend her to anyone.

We just closed on our home today and we couldn't of done it without Crystal. Crystal exceeded our expectations. She guided us. Answered all of our questions. She looked out for us and even reviewed our loan application to make sure the numbers made sense. She went above and beyond. Since this was our very first home we were purchasing, she was very clear and explained the entire process. She was absolutely great. Where do I even start about Crystal? She is AMAZING! I was a first time home buyer moving from out of state which as you can expect, was very stressful. Crystal is a terrific agent. As a Tampa native she knows the ins and outs of the area, knows if houses are priced appropriately, can tell you if it will appraise, etc. She held our hand through the process, and since we are Marylanders, we really relied on her knowledge of the real estate process in FL. As a former agent in Atlanta, I know that all Realtors are not created equal- Crystal goes above and beyond. From helping us find a lending company, inspections, home warranty, and texting us when papers needed signing since both my husband and I travel for work. I cannot recommend her higher.
