At The Academy at Ellison Lakes, we are passionate about providing the highest quality childcare to each and every child. Our mission is to nurture, teach and share the skills that help children reach their fullest potential. From infants to elementary school age children, we offer a variety of stimulating activities that help children develop and grow - socially, physically, emotionally and intellectually.
Our age-appropriate curriculum encourages children to explore, learn and discover a lifelong love of learning. From caring for an infant to encouraging toddlers to share, or providing school-age children with a variety of enriching activities, our caring teachers support the healthy development of children from six weeks to twelve years of age.
Babies learn through all five senses, so our infant care program is designed to stimulate those senses and enable your infant to constantly explore his or her world. Infants are most comfortable with routine, our caregivers will work with you to set up a nap/bottle routine that allows easy transition between home and school.
Our walkers group abounds with energy and curiosity. With them, it is all about cause and effect! At The Academy at Ellison Lakes, we greet these little movers enthusiastically with caring, experienced staff members, a proven routine, and a stimulating program that allows them to explore the world around them in a secure, fun, and loving environment!

Academy at Ellison lakes has been a blessing for us. We moved to Georgia from out of state having no idea where to send our kids and like every parent you are nervous. The teachers and directors here are truly amazing! My kids come home everyday with a giant smile on their face excited to tell me all about their day and the friends they have. Open communication with all staff members has been beyond wonderful. We receive pictures daily, updates on what they are doing and how they are doing. Even if my child has a rough drop off from being tired they send me a picture later or update me through

We used this school twice for its pre k program. This school is very welcoming and has a home away from home feel to it. We absolutely adore Mrs.Bilbro and we’re fortunate enough to have had her twice 5 years apart. It shows a lot when the same teacher is there for a long time. I use to be a teacher but I transitioned into a different career path. I have two small children. I was referred here by a friend and I’m so glad I was! The staff are always polite, friendly and just the best! The center is always clean. I love the energy there and my children are learning a lot! I’m very blessed to have come across this Academy❤️

I was referred by a friend and I'm extremely glad he did! I left almost 9 months ago due to moving and I still miss the teachers and directors. They truly care about your babies and I was a pretty stern mama! They quelled all my concerns quickly and kindly. I haven't come across another daycare that compares especially at this price point. I was thinking of them today and felt the need to leave a great review since they've left such a positive imprint on me.
