The front staff were very rude and made decisions for the attorney. All over a disabled woman and power of attorney after already discussing the circumstances. Then coyly saying something about a reimbursement, however, documents provided was never returned.

Had Nicholas Schaefer and decided to let him go bc I had to do all the "leg work" while he just barked instructions. After jumping through hoops getting the info and evidence he said we needed to do this or that, he back-peddled saying he couldn't or "wasn't willing" to do what he said at the time. Also told me to "keep in touch and keep him in the loop on things regarding the case" but then turned around and charged me for literally every min of communications we had. He only appeared in court one time, then after already having paid him around 1500 bucks and paying him on a weekly basis payment

Steven Gilley is a useless attorney that will just take your money. He is retiring and doesn't care about his clients. On my consultation I asked him about claiming my kids on taxes. He told me I couldn't claim my kids because of Trump's new tax laws. I had to contact several accountants which told me I most definitely could claim them. I had to give him the information and he said you can't claim earned income which is totally different than taxes. The case was already filled in court in Virginia which I had to go fill out the paperwork at the court clerks office, he couldn't even file the case

James R. Cook in particular is and outstanding attorney. He fights hard through the whole case. I had been dealing with a case involving my son for about 8 years. This year I found this attorney and it has made a dramatic difference. I believe that he deserves more credit. He works tirelessly and is very knowledgeable and thorough. I am unable to comment on the other attorneys associated but everyone here had been an asset. From the office workers to my attorney I am very thankful to have found them.
