Many people experience anxiety at different times in their lives. It can be a mild cluster of symptoms which are time limited due to an upcoming event or severe with prolonged symptoms. Whatever the case may be anxiety can be managed. You don't have to suffer with sleepless nights, irritability, unrealistic thought patterns, difficulty concentrating, headaches and excessive worry.
Some couples have lost their way and the physical and/or emotional distance has taken its toll on the relationship. Once you can understand why your mate makes the choices they do it will assist in forgiveness and the healing process can begin. Learning how to communicate and truly be understood is essential to restoring any relationship.
The first step is understanding. If you or your child is frustrated with how they are doing at school, how they behave in different environments or if you want to clarify a mental health diagnosis; testing can uncover their strengths as well as the barriers that may be holding them back. Confirm or rule out mental health diagnoses and learning issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and developmental delays.
We provide our clients with a insurance claim form to submit to their insurance companies for out of network reimbursement. We believe that clients should have the right to choose their own therapist, have confidential therapy, and make decisions about their own therapy. We are deeply concerned about how insurance companies can threaten all of these rights.

Christine Lawlor was an invaluable resource when a close family member went through a lengthy battle with cancer. I don't know how I would have survived that awful experience professionally and mentally intact without her help. She has provided expert counseling through other challenging situations as well. My husband and I have recommended her to many friends who have been just as grateful for her help as we are.
