I am a graduate of New York University School of Social Work. My postgraduate training in adolescent and adult psychotherapy was at The Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Rye, New York.
My training and experience cover a wide range of areas including depression, anxiety, stress, difficulty with interpersonal relationships, divorce, transition, self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss. My treatment approach is eclectic, using a combination of insight-oriented, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
