This business is very hard to work with. They have an old school answering machine and do not answer calls during the day. After 3 calls to them, I finally received a call back directing me to their website, which is not intuitive at all. I made the appointment as requested through the website and no one showed up for my appointment. They also sell groupons and will not respond to those inquiries either. Buyer beware.

I bought a 6 treatment series of skin tightening treatments & found the online communication very efficient. I requested my desired appt. time & they texted me back, confirming. This system texts reminders for upcoming appts. twice, which I appreciate. Because there were brochures for a grand opening in Costa Mesa & I noticed that they have a spa in San Clemente, I suspect that Kindra is spread pretty thin among the three. There was a lot of street construction going on in front, but luckily there is ample parking behind their ocean front bldg. Both Nicki & Kindra were knowledgeable

Well, from previous reviews it looks like this place is failing miserably. I'm about to give them another strike. I also bought a couple of sessions from Groupon. First of all their system sucks and is very poor for business. You never get a human voice. It's always a recording of someone who will return your call by the end of the day. That didn't always happen. I had my first appointment which went well. Susan was awesome, perky and a bubbly personality. Since it's pretty new to the place she offered me a complimentary Infra Red treatment. All went well. I had already booked

I bought a series of 4 on Groupon. First time out, I arrived for my early morning appointment the girl did not show. The other technician(she is a doll) took me in after waiting an hour. Next two appointments were fine . Last appointment early morning no one bothered to show. I called, waiting for over a half hour nothing. This place is one hour away. Texted, called and received no apology, no offer of a refund for the last visit. They were going to get back with me. This never happened. Don't waste people's time and money. If this ever happened in my business I would flip out. Respect

My visit to Total Body Aesthetics was a total disaster. I had purchased a Groupon to undergo one procedure--radio frequency--and Kindra, the owner, convinced me to buy an additional treatment--red light. Each treatment consisted of a series of procedures to extend over several visits. Unfortunately, I suffered multiple burns in two consecutive visits. During the first red-light treatment, I began feeling an intense, burning pain. I so wanted this to work but should have known if something sounds too good to be true it is too good to be true. I was told by the friendly technician that after doing 4 sessions I should definitely notice a difference. I followed their specific instructions to a tee but sadly have not noticed any change. The girl measured me and told me I lost 1cm after fourth time but honestly, I feel like there is a huge margin of error on measuring (user inaccuracy, what time of day, how full I was, etc) - if it has been something more substantial then the measuring could be telling but 1 cm - forget it. My experience at Total Body Aesthetic was very pleasant and the entire process was easy. Nicole was very informative and assuring throughout the process. She was very personable and the conversations we were having made the time go by quicker. Despite this office being an annex or extension from the Huntington Beach office the services were delivered as promised.
