Was not impressed by their ring selection or the customer experience Steven provided. He was treating us like we were in there to waste his time, however; we had a budget of 10k and wanted to find a ring same day. I think had he been welcoming and eager to help, we might have been just as eager to spend our money there but unfortunately this was a sale missed for the business due to profiling. Do better!

I've grown accustomed to eating too many bon bons and cheese, therefore my engagement ring didn't fit the way it did, many moons ago, neither do any of my clothes, but that's a different story. My fingers feel like they're the size of Vienna sausages which is by no means a lovely sight

Found the best price on an engagement ring, the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was educated on the color and clarity of the diamond. We purchased a white gold solitaire ring with a 2.50ct round. Very happy thanks agin for all your help and hard work will be coming back for the wedding band for me and my wife.

We came in with a watch needing links removed from the bracelet. We were immediately greeted by two wonderful people ready to help. Even though the watch wasn’t purchased here, we received VIP treatment you’d expect as a long term customer. I look forward to dealing with Nick and the team here for a watch for myself soon. I had been referred to Nasr by various people and a multitude of amazing reviews from Yelp and had to check them out myself. Even though they couldn't fix the ring I originally visited for (it was impossible, it was a very unique and rare ring from India; the elephant tail enclosed inside the ring was chipped and obviously they didn't have any just laying around the shop, lol) I was still able to get two of my watch batteries replaced in no time. Service was amazing, efficient, and so incredibly nice.

This Place is AMAZING. I live in Los Angeles and was in town for a wedding and needed my watch fixed. Not only did Mr. Nasr personally fix my watch but he did it before the wedding and DID NOT CHARGE ME. I met his brother at the Firewheel location( also a great guy) and told me his brother could fix my watch. These brothers are not only kind, but TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS MEN. If I lived in Dallas I would buy/repair ALL of my JEWELRY. I Can not say enough about how happy I am with the service and kindness. If your in the area PLEASE STOP IN!!!!
