Saturday night my A/C stopped working. We called a couple of 24 hour companies. We either didn't receive a response or was told that they could come out on Monday. We called 24 Seven after reading the reviews. My husband called and left a message. Within 5 mins Richie called him back. He was not able to come to the house because he was on an emergency call. But asked a few questions and told us what was wrong and how to fix it. He also gave us advice on maintenance. Great customer service!

I called Richard at 24 Seven Air Conditioning after my AC unit stopped blowing cold air. Although he had a packed schedule, he was able to squeeze my service call in and in less than 30 minutes had my AC blowing cold air again. Not only was he quick and professional, his work and prices can't be beat. Being new to the area it is great to find a company that is honest and trustworthy and who will do the job that is needed and not look to pad the bill just to make a quick buck. I highly recommend Richard and 24 Seven Air Conditioning and will definitely be using him for any additional AC issues.

My A/C suddenly stopped working one day and I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Richard, who was extremely helpful. As soon I explained the problem, he gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. He was very nice and patient while walking me through the process. And it worked! My A/C was back to normal that same day. He is very professional and I think his guidance fit under an ethical behavior. I would strongly recommend his services. Thank you so much for your help!

I called Richie on a hot Sunday evening, returning from a weekend away. House was hot and AC not working. Richie walked me through a diagnosis and stayed on the phone with me as to help me rectify so we could have AC that evening. Next morning I installed new inexpensive thermostat to permanently repair. He is one of a kind. Most repair guys would have generated a huge bill and made me wait through at least one hot night. Thanks Richie. You're a gentleman. Highly recommend his honest and efficient service.

This is the type of customer service that I greatly appreciate and will call when I need repair and service in the future. He could’ve made money by doing a service call and instead chose to help me out at no cost over the phone.

Gave Richie a call this morning because my AC was freezing up. He was super helpful right away letting me know what the possible issues are. Richie showed up in record time (he was close by). He explained what he was going to do and what he was doing as he was doing it. Very transparent and honest. In the end my AC needed a a recharge.
It is hard to find a honest and transparent service provider but Richie hit the mark. I highly recommend 24 Seven AC.

I called 24/7 early in the morning and I spoke with Richard Parrish, he kindly open a time into his schedule and he came in less than one hour. Also, He checked my AC unit (inside and out) and it was perfectly fine.
He gave me few tips about how to do in certain situations when AC is not working properly and guess what? He didn't charge me NOTHING!!! even though he took the time to come here
100% recommended!!! They are fast, efficient, honest and very profesional people...

If you prefer rude and unprofessional service, this is the place to call. I don't know how this person managed to help all these other people over the phone because I was made to feel like I was causing him an inconvenience just by calling!
He asked me two questions but was not ready to take the time to let me explain the answers he was looking for. Finally, upon my 4th attempt to explain I received a cold response, "sorry, we don't service those units". Why does your ad say we service "ALL units"?
