Services
All project orders large and small are all processed with precision thorough the detailed protocol of our Engineering, Fabrication, Purchasing, Production and Shipping Departments. We pride ourselves on our projects being completed to a higher level of quality and accuracy, to ensure the contractor and end-user, the vendor reliability needed for a successful installation at the jobsite.
Imperial Pipe began more than 25 years ago as a fabrication shop in Santa Fe Springs. As the cement lining and fabrication operation increased it outgrew the facility. In 2002 Imperial Pipe was opened in Riverside, Ca. and is the result of the need for a much larger state-of-the-art fabrication and processing plant.
Imperial produces quality linings per AWWA standard C-205, API practice 10E, or per your Custom-specified mix. A durable, cost-effective, timeproven choice for protecting steel pipe interiors for over a Century. Appropriate for above or below-ground applications in potable and reclaimed water systems.
Durable and inexpensive, Cement Mortar protects and strengthens buried steel pipe for long-term service. Once again, cement coatings have been reliably used for well over a century and we expect they'll continue to be used long into the future. Water spray or membrane curing methods are employed to properly finish a highly resilient product.
Whether you need material for emergency repairs, complex custom items, entire Pump Stations or integrated pipelines, we can build it for you. Our welders are experienced and certified under the American Welding Society's D1.1 code, the American Society of Mechanical Engineer's Section IX, and the American Petroleum Institute's standards using manual and semi-automatic processes.
