Owner and founder, Doug Heay started C & H Construction over 40 years ago. Doug has worked in every role of construction over the years, from framing to finish work to his current role as President. Doug's vast knowledge and commitment to quality are evident in each and every C & H Construction home.
From concept to completion, Doug will personally be involved in every stage of the process. Family owned and operated, Doug's two sons, Steve and Shawn, have been working in the company business for over 30 years. They run and oversee different projects to ensure quality and that timelines are being met.

Doug Heay has built my house and expanded my office several times. He is absolutely trustworthy and will go the extra yard to get the job done quickly and at a fair cost. I absolutely trust him and he is the only contractor I do business with. At this point in our relationship I pay him time and materials, no bids needed. Why bother? Doug also knows the ins and outs of working with permitting authorities and can do magic to get things moving.
