Two generations strong from the local community, Home Resource Company Inc. has been a family owned and operated business since 1979. We support our local community by not just using local suppliers and vendors, but employing many local individuals on our staff. Robert Clark established Home Resource Company in Thurston County in 1979.
Starting with custom garages and remodels. Dana and Bob with their employees of the time produced their first Custom Home in 1986. Son and Daughter team, David and Sarah were taught the family business at young ages. David graduated from Central Washington University with a Construction Management & Business degree in 2009.

Home Resource Company is proud of the community we live in and feel it is our right and duty to support this wonderful community that supports us and other important causes that make this world a better place. For over 40 years we have sponsored and donated to local youth sports teams, charitable events, and donated to many causes.
We have used HRC many times over 20 years. Bob and now his son Dave are great to work with. They are positive, energetic, creative, and are experienced. They have a loyal group of subcontractors who we also use as they are easy to work with. They also have a great crew.some are still with HRC since our first project 20 years ago!

Home Resources recently completed a 2-month, bedroom/bath remodel for us. They’re not only skilled craftsmen but also know how to run a small business. From our initial communication to get a bid until the final screw was placed, they delivered a high quality of workmanship, were client centered, worked within our budget, scheduled all subcontractors in a timely manner keeping our project on schedule, and managed all the inevitable little challenges that pop up in any construction project. All communication with the office staff and our project manager was amazing. They’re highly responsive

Bob, Dave and Sarah are all top notch! They provide such a wonderful and professional service for our community. Our house is a 1936 house, through our remodel we have wanted to stay with period correct aesthetic. I feel they have gone above and beyond our expectations! Thank you and look forward to the next phase.
