Amazing! I called late on a Sunday about a problem we could't figure out how to solve. He worked us into his busy schedule for Monday morning! Not only super responsive, kind and helpful - he fixed the problem immediately. Very knowledgeable and professional. The only pool service we will ever call!
UPDATE: Had to call Neno for another "we have no clue" issue. Again, super reliable and so helpful! Neno found the issue and was able to fix it without a problem. We can't say enough good stuff about Lux Pool Services.

We had a long time timer issue and when we reached out to Lux pool services, Neno responded in a very timely manner. He even fit us into his busy summer schedule for a quote within the next day. He was very honest and I never felt like he was just trying to gain our business. My pool pump was not working and he came over, did a thorough inspection, realized it was a broken capacitor, and replaced the part the following day. He also fixed minor leaks that he noticed during his inspection.

I was on google and yelp looking for a pool cleaning person. Lux pool service was very responsive and quick. Upon arrival I had some questions since I am not too familiar on how or what the pool equipment can do. He was kind enough to guide me on what does what and what goes where. These guys at Lux Pool Services are awesome, but more importantly, they are honest. I had the opportunity of working with Neno. He confirmed our appt the day prior to his visit and arrived early to our home the next day. The problem I was having is with our pool water heater, it simply stopped working. I called several businesses that offer pool service repair and received only 2 return calls. The other business quoted me $100 just to come out and look at the heater. Neno is one of a kind. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. He keeps his promises and does everything to make our pool look great! He goes above and beyond with maintaining our pool, we’ve never had any issues with him. He’s available over the phone if we have questions. Best part is he sends us a detailed report after every visit and a photo of our pool and addresses any issues with it and what he plans in doing to fix any issues! Neno is the best!!! He did an excellent job at a VERY reasonable price for my green pool. Now I can safely enjoy with no issues! Hire him and you won't regret!! He is very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He never misses service, and even if he's going to be late or early than normal, he notifies me in advance. He goes above and beyond to make sure my pool always sparkles!!! If my pool needs repairs or equipment has issues, he always tells me in advance to notify it's going to be in the next invoice. He even comes on rainy days to check on my pool's chemicals

I am respectfully happy with Sir Neno coming over today. Had issues with my pool that I just haven't gotten to fix . My filters were replaced, housing cleaned to the T, and Sir Neno is a man of his word. I ended up wanting with great customer service and and honest repair of much needed work. My experience with Neno from LUX Pool Services has been the best. He is consistent and reliable about providing weekly pool services on the day and time he said he would come by my home. If there were any changes due to the holidays or any other reason, he would contact me ahead of time just to let me know. In the past, I've had other pool companies either skip a week here and there or show up unexpectedly on a different day of the week. So, I really appreciate his honesty and dependability.
