I DO NOT recommend this company. They talked a good game, but here's what went wrong:
#1. I tried to order a Samsung 50" TV, through them, so that if anything went wrong, there would be only one person to call (even though I knew it would be more expensive ordering through them, rather than buying it on Amazon or through Best Buy). I prepaid for the TV, but the day before the installation they told me they couldn't get that model. If I'd ordered it myself, I could have gotten it on time, at a lower cost and made sure it was what I wanted.

If you have ANY problem with your home entertainment system, call Digital Living for excellent service. My television and amplifier and speaker system were all fouled up and so I called for help. The technician Dave came over an hour later and proceeded with confidence to diagnosis and solve my problem. He pulled cables and made adjustments of a very complex system. When he had finished (in under an hour), everything was working perfectly. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended! Whenever I have problems in the future, this definitely will be my go-to place for service and peace of mind.

I am so happy with Digital Living. I was having trouble for days trying to connect a new printer to my MacBook. Derich, the owner, came over and within minutes I was up and running. He helped me so much. Its so hard to find computer help in Sonoma. I had made an appointment with the MacBook shop in town so they could walk me through it and they never kept the appointment. I will use Digital Living from now on and I highly recommend them

Digital Living did our entire home audio system/speakers throughout the house, TV and internet installation when we moved to Sonoma. Derick, and his team, lead by Matt, did an amazing job with the installation, and were also a wonderful resource for recommending the right equipment/speakers along with boosters to make sure the internet worked throughout the house (not an easy feat on this mountain) and to make sure we knew how to use the system before they departed us. They are technical wizards, very professional and have great ideas regarding esthetics for speaker placement and better sound.

My experience with Digital Living was great! I have a Sonos system that was installed by Granko in 2016 and it has never worked correctly. The speakers in the yard only played certain frequencies of sound and the lyrics never came through. I tried contacting Granko several times via phone and email, but they would not get back in touch with me. Digital Living was able to fix the sound issues and several other problems. They were very professional. I recommend them to anyone who wants to install a Sonos system or needs one fixed.

Extraordinary knowledge was self evident when Derich arrived and offered advice to repair my audio system. Later Matt came out, fixed another issue, and suggested a potential change. We implemented this later and his ideas were perfect. Great knowledge, high professionalism, timely and fair pricing.

Derich came out and thoughtfully engineered our whole indoor/outdoor stereo system along with the outdoor TV and lighting. We couldn't be happier,
so we had him back to install a camera system for the property. Hoping to do that home theater system next!
I highly recommend using Digital Living for any technological systems you are interested in, they know what they are doing and do it well.
The service provider for our internet and cable service even commented, that Digital Living is the only company he suggests when his customers want additional equipment installed.

Derich and his team did complete wiring for our vacation rental. Since we are remote, he came up with awesome solutions so that our entire house can run from my cell phone 80 miles away. When a crazy guest went nuts because she couldn't control the TV, he calmly walked her through it. System is flawless. I especially appreciate that Derich suggested DOWNGRADES so that I didn't buy what I didn't need. He's also always accessible. I can't imagine working with anyone else.

Installation went well, service was prompt, thorough and professional. Everything worked well for about a year. We have been without tv and stereo for the past three months after Derich took our remote for repair. After repeated attempts to contact him, we have not heard from him. Long break without audio visual.

I had a surveillance camera system installed in my house,they did an excellent job it took exactly as long as they said it would. I would feel very confident recommending them to my friends do any electrical work.
If I ever have any more work that needs to be done I would definitely call them.

Digital Living CEO Derich Marsh came to my home and did an excellent job mounting a 60" TV on the wall, connecting it to the cable box, DVD player, and Apple TV. I even asked him if he would drill a hole in the back of a wooden console table I wanted to re-purpose as an equipment stand. He did not hesitate to go get his drill in the truck and do the job - it turned out perfectly. I will use this company's services again and recommend it to others.

Dereich is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We had a large for us LED panel that needed to be mounted to the wall and the wires run. I just didn't have the time to do it. Dereich came in and man handled the situation and got it done better than I could ever have imagined and in a third of the time I would have spent monkeying around. I'm really impressed with the work and plan on hiring Dereich again for another install.

Derich was fantastic! We had a small project at our home but he handled just as if it were a large one. Most of the planning was done remotely as I was out of town, but he still handled all of the details flawlessly and knew exactly what was best for our situation. He was on time, professional and did a stellar job. We love our new speaker system and are wondering why we didn't do it long ago. Thank you Derich! I am sure we will call again!!!

Unbelievable! Upon returning from a week vacation we discovered our receiver and dvd player were not working, plus we were having issues with Directv. While the Directv guy was at the house I called Derich, and he promptly diagnosed our problem and walked me through the solution. Granted it was probably pretty simple for him, but we had no clue.
After having had numerous ridiculous phone calls with the Geek Squad to even try to schedule an appointment, within 10 minutes our problem was solved on a phone call.
I absolutely will recommend Derich to anybody who needs his assistance. Fantastic
