We worked with Jaime Munoz today in our new home and hes amazing. Super nice and informative. He set up our Alula system. He was able to show me on my samsung phone how to save videos from the security system. He went through everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions! He even made suggestions on where we place our sensors because were new home owners and we have no clue where to put everything.

Today, we had non-routine service when our security system was replaced. The technician arrive on time and was very respectful. He did the work quickly and extremely neatly. When he was done, I had a good understanding of he new system and the work area was clean and ready for use. He observed Covid masking protocols as well. All in all a very positive event

Devin called ahead with an ETA and arrived promptly as per scheduled appointment. He was professional, very competent, explained things well, and his workmanship is top notch. I had the pleasure of meeting with Leanne Boger for an in-house consult a few days after contacting Republic Elite Integration. She did a great job in listening to my preferences for an alarm system and providing multiple options to best fit my needs. The Republic Elite team was timely to each appointment and email response. On the day of installation, Devin B not only set up the security system, he also installed a new wireless access point, and secured our ring doorbell. I had a great experience dealing with both of my contacts. Trent was our sales associate and he provided valuable insight to the process and selections as we went through all of the builder options. He was always very responsive to emails and phone calls. Devon was the technician who came out to set our alarm up and connect the network switch. Devon was friendly and communicated well too. He made sure we understood everything about the system and answered all of our questions.

It’s Devon and Marcus were incredibly professional and knowledgeable in the work they completed. Ernie, the Reoublic Elite Technician and Representative of this company was very professional. He arrived at the time he advised us ahead of time and was very positive and pleasant. He told us the process from.the start. He answered all our questions on the equipment and its operations as we progressed.
