This includes some upgrades in our shop management software to help us streamline the manufacturing process. The fabrication department has added several new tools to be able to make complicated parts more quickly.

In 1992, the late David R. Inners and Donnie Roth opened DRI Machine Shop, Inc. in Hanover Pennsylvania, after many years working in the packaging machinery Industry. In 2005, DRI's growth required that we move to a new facility which was located just 1/2 a mile from where the company was started. With our long standing roots in Hanover, we have gained the trust from numerous other manufacturing companies in the surrounding areas.

Whether you need a special machined part, or hundreds of parts per week, we can meet your requirements with state of the CNC turning and machining centers. Machining your steel, alloy, plastic, aluminum, or bronze precision machined parts to tight tolerances is part of a normal day's work here at DRI. Below take a look at some of the machines and their capabilities.
There are still those times when "Ole Reliable" is the best machine for the job. Our brand new Sharp High Precision lathe and Wotan Horizontal Boring Mill are still some of the busiest machines. Model B-3 table type - 3" diameter spindle, 27 1/2" max boring depth, 29 1/2" max distance table top to center of spindle, 77" max distance spindle nose to out board, 31 inch x 39 inch, table, 29 1/2 cross movement of table.
We have complete welding and fabrication capabilities. Our Hypertherm PowerMax 800 plasma cutting equipment makes short work of slicing steel plates into any shape you need. Our on site certified welders utilize the Hobart Beta Mig-250 for aluminium and stainless weldment; as well as the Miller CP-032 Mig, and the Thermal Arc Excel 6045 Mig/Tig for carbon steel weldments.
