Over time, wear-and-tear, improper maintenance, or a factory flaw will require work to be done on your cylinder heads. Blown gaskets, stretched head bolts. This is a process of removing worn material from the journals of a crankshaft in an effort to refurbish this expensive, yet vital component of an automotive engine.

Services
Manipulating steel, iron and aluminum to the most precise of measurements, ensuring that an automotive or agricultural engine maintains both pressure and performance under daily duress requires a very specific skill set. So when you say you're all about "precision" and "performance", you'd better have a great team in place to make that happen.
My interest in automobiles and all things mechanical began when I was very young. Growing up with six sisters, and a very curious nature, I began tinkering and fixing everything I could get my hands on. Once my family saw the advantages, I quickly became the "home maintenance guy". In 1979, I purchased an existing auto/truck repair business, which I was managing at the time.
At UCF Machine Shop, we provide quality Pennsylvania Workmanship, excellent communication and fast turnaround times so your customer can get the vehicle they love back on the road while you increase customer satisfaction. Main machining room, in our 14,000 square foot facility, located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Where else can you have more fun getting your hands dirty? At UCF Machine Shop, we provide a nurturing, true skill building career using the art of metal manipulation. You'll use precision machinery and technology to breakdown and/or build high performance engines which we sell all over the USA and beyond.
Precision machining with exceptional detail paid to tolerances assures a tighter mechanical seal between valves and valve seat, and fuel delivery efficiencies that exceed those of today's factory engines. This results in more horsepower, more torque, and better fuel economy. The combination of UCF Machine Shop's skilled machinists and our use of the highest quality parts will give you a stronger, better performing diesel.

Most educated shop around for 6.0l Powerstroke diesels! They know their stuff, and will get you taken care of. They have a clean shop, excellent processes, and the equipment to get it done. Shout out to Scott Diebler(Pronounced Die-Blur!); he's one of the few whose passionate about his work, and when you talk with him you can feel it. Very helpful answering questions to help out with your rebuild even if you decide to try to do some of it yourself. If your lucky you might even get a tour... For the few like me, it was so beautiful in there and organized. Not many people like me see the beauty in

Beware! Shady business practices.
I had them build a motor, then after spending thousands of dollars I had to take it and get it dyno tuned somewhere else!
Witch cost $250.00 the so called Mgr Scott
Was very rude and would not let you talk to the owner who was building the motor.
Poor Communications!
