Pretty disappointed by this organization. I initially contacted them in June about a design plan for my house. There was minimal communication from the designer about any sort of timeline I could expect. Near the end of July, the designer, Katie, met with me and showed me her design plan for my house. I found the design to be formulaic and dated. I certainly expected more from a premium name and premium reputation. I send her an email the very next day with a detailed review of her design so she could revise it and give me something I could work with. She said she would get back to me by the end

I used Elizabeth Erin Designs to update my lighting and home decor. They were so fantastic to work with and I absolutely loved their design ideas. I have come back time and time again and have never been disappointed. Not only are their designs beautiful, their customer service is above and beyond! They dedicate so much time and personal attention to even the smallest projects. When I sold my home I had nonstop comments on how well the house showed, and all loved the decor. Home sold within 24 hours!! Highly recommend!
