This week I purchased the 3rd Bike from the great people at Plano Kawasuki Suzuki. My first two bikes were previously owned and the recent bike is a new 2022 Versys 1000. Had a decent buying experience there. It wasn't great, but it was decent. I wish someone working there would have gone over the vehicle with me in detail but they didn't. Went back a week later to purchase some new riding gear, helmet, shirts, jacket, gloves etc... There were no customers insider the store at the time. It was about 1:30pm on a Wednesday. My wife and I tried on several helmets and jackets. I also had some questions about chain cleaner and chain lube. We walked around the apparel section for at least 45 minutes hoping that someone would ask to help us. Not one single employee

What a great buying experience! I have purchased a few motorcycles in the past and never really felt like the people were truly there to help me. The folks here were all super friendly and I really felt like I was buying a motorcycle from a friend and not a dealership. I wanted to get into a bigger bike for longer rides and Jason didn't hesitate to get in there and help me when I told him about the challenges I faced. I highly recommend Plano Kawasaki.

Outstanding dealer one of the best i've ever purchased from. I think i've purchased over 25 motorcycles new and used in my life. Recently the last bikes 4 in 2019 and 2020 from a dealer in Arlington texas. I went there to purchase another and while they were nice, it was like I was disturbing them by wanting to buy the bike. They actually told me they were really busy and to call back late in the week and they would get me a price...... I was shocked they knew I was a serious buyer I've purchase so many motorcycles in the past!

Excellent and fast with a great selection and reasonable (always unavoidable) fees. Went in ready to buy, signed paperwork, and was ready to leave within a half hour, for about 2.5k less than their closest competitor. Zach is awesome and had me on the road in no time flat on my brand new 1000SX. Parts was awesome and helped me find a way to put my phone on my tank (super affordable magnetic tank bag), plus gives you a few bucks off when you buy a new bike there. So, bonus. All in all the best vehicle purchase I've ever made.

Went for oil change for my ninja 650, they did a great job and the service is super fast feels like little expensive compare to self service but yes we need to do it with actual technician once in a while. They adjusted clutch able , throstle cable, adjusted engine idle speed , topped of coolent, oil change , oil filter change , etc.. highly recommended this place is very friendly and great customer service. They have a huge collection of Kawasaki, Suzuki, vespa, aprilla etc also a helmet store bunch of accessories. Only sad part is they are bit pricey but service is excellent

Fantastic dealership with great people that prides themselves on customer service rather than milking every dollar out of the buyer. John was the person who sold me my bike with Morgan and AJ finishing my deal. They were professional, courteous, and not pushy. John let me sit on every bike in the showroom to see what fit me the best. Needless to say, I found one that fit me so well that I wanted to buy it right then - and I did! 😁 Morgan and AJ took care of the finance side of the deal. They were fantastic and made sure that I understood the terms of the deal. All my questions were answered

They will charge you crazy fees. I asked them to sell a 2021 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R and they wanted to charge me $800 to put it in their shop so they could inspect that everything was working correctly. The bike only had 2800 miles on it and was still under factory warranty. Obviously this dealership has no morals. It is run by a husband and wife and they seem so plastic, fakey and make your skin crawl. Just not ethical at all. I went up the street and sold it on consignment and LaCore Powersports. At least that guy did not play games.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with buying a vehicle. It started out great with Zach as my salesperson, he was awesome, however the management at this place is the worst. I bought a brand new 2022 moped, and from the moment it was delivered, there were problems. The very first time that the delivery driver/mechanic for the store started the moped up, it took him about 5 minutes of trying before it started running. He told me "not to worry" and that it was simply a normal thing with new mopeds that would wear off in a week. Consistently for 2 weeks, I was having serious trouble

Zach was amazing with helping me purchase even though I live in a different state. He provided all the necessary information and steps so that is was a painless process. He communicated promptly anytime there was an update or if I had any questions. They also made sure to verify the shippers I hired were legit and that they comfortable sending the bike off with them. I asked to test drive a motorcycle. I am a woman. I have been testing riding a number of bikes including the Triumph and Harleys. All great experiences. When I asked about test driving the Kawasaki they would not allow me based on my experience level. I had a friend with me (male)!so they proceeded to explain to him (not looking at me) why they would not let me ride one. My friend test drove a scooter. They made him promise he might buy it because they did not to waste their time allowing him to test drive it without it. Their words. Sales people lack and real skill. I do mot recommend them.

This is a follow-up review on my bike purchase. I want to first say all the ideas I wrote in the first review I stand behind 100%. This follow-up is more informational for out-of-state purchasers.
When I investigated the bike purchase I asked a lot of questions. The most important one was to make sure it had a clean title. And the dealership had an original title document. All was / is good there.
There are two areas I did not question more thoroughly. Part of what attracted me to the bike at Plano Kawasaki was the bike had factory side cases - not aftermarket. That was / is important to me.

Jason explained everything and was very sincere in his dealings. They got the bike ready and AJ handled insurance and paperwork. It was closing time and they didn't rush us and made sure we/he understood everything he was signing for. Jason then went through all the items on the bike with my son, again shop is closed at this point, but he wasn't rushing us. Took his time and CARED

Had a Great Experience with AJ. Great crew across the board. I ended up buying a 2014 Ninja 300 SE ABS with 300 miles for $3,000, so I didn't buy from them, but they are still awesome. My advice is for them is to spin off the service department or shut it down completely. Every single negative review is back-of-house service complaints. It's just not worth it.

I don't know why so many people complain of rude staff here, every time I've been in everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, the last time I was there I had to bring my daughter with me, and AJ shared her french fries with her, they even had crayons and a coloring book for her to play with while I was talking to a salesman, another employee gave her stickers, she had a blast. The salesman, who's name I can't remember (sorry) answered all of my questions without a hitch, the only reason I'm not giving 5 star is because they don't keep any gas or batteries in the bikes

I've got a beat up old 2005 Suzuki that had been sitting idle for 2+ years. Clutch problem I couldn't fix, wouldn't run long, hard to start. Took it in on a tow truck. Two weeks later I was able to ride it home. And it continues to run like a champ. The guys took the time to break it down and figure it out. It took new O rings, carb de-glaze, plug, oil change, oil filter, lube, inspection, battery, cable adjustments, etc.
After reading some of the reviews here on Yelp, I was concerned that the price would be ridiculous or repairs would be flawed. Not so! The price they quoted

I have a 2014 Kawasaki Concours which uses a FOB for the security system and also has an emergency FOB. I managed to lose the emergency FOB so call a few weeks ago and had them order me another one. I finally went in today to have it programmed. To make a long story short Kevin found the FOB I had lost in my pannier. The parts department could not return the FOB so I purchased it. Then the dealership management refunded my money and said they would keep it in stock. It was a very nice gesture and something the obviously didn't have to do. Service after the sale.... So to follow up on my Jet-ski purchase, one of them was getting moisture in the display unit. Called AJ up and Bob, the service manager assured me they would not "fail" in the middle of the lake. Stopped by on my way to Ray Hubbard, and they got all the information and looked at it, ordered the part, then I took them back in once the part was here. I have been shopping Hayabusas and bought one, but NOT from plano Kawi Suz. The sales lady pulled all the scare tactics trying to get me to buy from them. I kept hearing "those other guys are dishonest" talking bad about another dealership, this and that. I ended up buying from the "other" dealer for $1,100 less! The sales lady also indicated the price was not negotiable, and they aren't making any money on it, and that they are letting me have it for what they have in it, which is bs. And they only make money on financing, which I didn't need anyway. Plus they figure
