I have bought many parts from them in the past but Brown's Cycle has my old girl rolling again. Just like the reviews that I read, they assign a mechanic to your bike. They stay in constant contact with you about what they're doing and what your bike needs. Nothing gets done without your permission or knowledge. I do believe that in the future I will forever take my bike to Brown's cycle because they treat you fairly, honestly and get the job done and short manner. Thank you Brown's Cycle.

I just got a a completely customized 1976 Shovelhead from my father a couple months ago. He got this thing when I was 9 years old 45 years ago. Means the world to my father and to me. I have ridden most of my life but this vintage bike is unlike anything I have ever experienced. After the clutch cable snapped I was finally referred to Brown's Cycles. I cannot express the level of appreciation and gratitude i have for every mechanic I spoke with. Corey was the primary mechanic. He communicated throughout detailing suggestions and justifying recommendations. It was very clear that I was out of my

Went in and talked with David. Went to see him about Brake parts and forward controls for a 1980 FXS Lowrider. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. He got me sorted out quickly. Something he said definitely stuck with me. Said got him hooked, he will be back. This is a very true statement. You got a motorcycle and you want it done right you will go here. Thank you David for the help. It's been a rough road finding it.

If you need your Bike fixed, especially an older one, Brown's is above all! I took my '83 Harley in for a few issues. Through professional care and consistent updates from the mechanic Jake and Brown's, I got my bike fixed and running great. And they saved me about $600 as well!! I must repeat that Browns kept me up to date, as in when the work was started, every quote for any repair they found, and fixed items instead of significant repair or replacing needs. This was simply done on a good, old fashioned hand shake. Jake, the mechanic assigned to my bike, was beyond professional

To me this is the best bike shop in the metroplex. There is always a wait to take your bike in but it's worth it they know exactly what they're doing there's a reason they've been around for so many years in the same spot you can't say that about any other motorcycle shop in the metroplex

Best Harley service in the DFW. David and his guys are honest, straight forward and thorough. Trusting someone to service & maintain your ride is near equivalent to trusting them with your life.

Love this shop! David and Redeye are the real deal. They are honest and refuse to take shortcuts. They have worked on many of my husband's bikes and I always feel better after his bike has been serviced at Brown's. Even though they have been in business for over 45 years, they are still one of the best kept secrets in Dallas. Unless you're a real biker...then you know about Brown's. ;-)

Brown's fills a much needed niche here in the DFW Harley world. Especially if one is looking for parts for older models, like my 1982 FXRS, that the dealers call "Obsolete, no longer produced" parts."

David Brown, the now sole owner, is very generous with his vast knowledge of all things Harley Davidson, inparticularly the older models . He is also a damn good mechanic, doing a good job on what is needed, no more/no less. After his brother passed away this year he has had his hands full filling that void left in the front retail area and still working on bikes in the shop area

Brown's is my go-to shop for work on my beautiful '65 Panhead. To date they have rebuilt the heads, done electrical work, maintenance, and generally kept the old girl running despite all of my abuse.

Today I called them for help since it wouldn't start and David talked me through some diagnostics over the phone. With his help we got it to fire right up and at no charge to me. This, along with the times they have picked up the bike from my house and/or rescued me from the side of the road, proves to me that they are in it for a long term relationship with their customers.

I would

This is where you go if you ride a Harley. Finding an honest mechanic is next to impossible these days. Finding an honest mechanic who is good is even more rare. This guys are straight to the point and honest. If you want something sugar coated, go to a Harley dealership. If you want great service, quality workmanship, and no bs, go to Brown's. As far as the above review, not sure about it. They are fixing my carburetor at this moment

If there was an option for 0 or negative stars I would. This place should not be in business with the way they treat customers and their lack of knowledge of motorcycles. I brought my bike in last year asking them to diagnose the problems it was having and give me an estimate for repair. They were not able to get to it for 5 days and when they did, they called me to tell me they couldn't work with the tuner I had on the bike even though it's a tuner they say they sell regularly and told me they could work with it when I originally called. I told them not to do anything until I brought
