Made arrangements for him to take care of my daughter’s lock on one of two days this week. By end of week, neither of us have heard from him, he has not responded to two texts (which was his requested communication at our first contact) and I have a daughter still in need of the services we arranged. Just completely ghosted, it appears, and money was absolutely no object. That is not how a good businessman handles his business.

If he does not do this or that, I wonder then what does he do?
I offered him several jobs and he rejected everything. "I pass, I pass," as if he did not care about working. Only basic and easy things ... I can also place a nail on the wall or paint; I need to become a Handyman! Don't even spend your time calling him; he is worthless! .

Had work with John on several remodeling projects. The first thing i love about him is he is always on time. I hate people wasting my time on no show or late without calling me but he is never late. Secondly, he is really honest. If he is not sure how to do something, he will not just take your job and do a crapy job. He will say he can't do it. And last but not least, he is a very hard working and efficient handy man. If you worried about him charging by hours, you will be surprise how fast he can get the job done. really really appreciate his help. It's hard to find a trust worthy
