I recently purchased a slightly used BMW S1000R from Mach 1 Motorsports after a long diligent search , I found the listing in Cycle-Trader . I called and spoke with James and Jeff who were very detail oriented and answered all my questions . I purchased this amazing motorcycle sight unseen with confidence , this experience was surprisingly easy and I was blown away on how fast they had it delivered to my front door . Came here to get a fix on my steel horse. They were kind enough to drive and pick up my bike as it wouldn’t start. They were able to find out the issue almost immediately. Within a couple hours they had all the issues that were needing corrected ready to be addressed. It took about 3-4 days to fix, mostly because of shipping of certain parts. Nonetheless after it was fixed I was able to get back on the road and ride again! Definitely will be using this place again in the future for any bike repair needs. Highly recommended!

James is a very experienced salesman at Mach 1, provided great customer service, and above all else, was an honest person. Honest salesmen and dealerships with integrity are a rarity these days. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another bike from Mach 1, and would recommend the dealership to friends and family.

I showed up last minute today, but James went out of his way to make sure my new KTM 300 xc-w 6 Days was prepped, fueled, and ready to go, even though it meant him and his guys had to stay late to facilitate. He even gave me a pair of snazzy tie-downs when he saw the shape mine were in. Top notch service, thanks again guys.

Brought the Tenere in for a service and preventative maintenance. The showroom is clean with lots of bikes and some pretty nice vintage stuff to ogle. Nice parts dept. also very clean and open. Dave in the Service Dept. was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Downside was bike was not ready for several weeks after being promised to be ready in 4-5 business days. In all honesty it wasn't a big deal for me and the time was near Christmas so I think they got pretty busy with the shopping rush. Got the bike back running great!
