Low back pain is one of the top three reasons why people see their doctor. It affects individuals of all ages and health. Low back pain may be result from a muscle sprain and/or strain, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, as well as disc herniations. The foundation of your back is built around the spinal cord, a stack of 24 individual bones called vertebrae.
Elbow pain generally results from overuse injuries as many sports, hobbies, and jobs require repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements. It not only keeps you from enjoying sports like golf and tennis but can be extremely disruptive to normal daily activities as well. The most common types of elbow pain are "tennis elbow" and "golfer's elbow."
Pain in the wrists, hands and/or fingers has been widely considered as the biggest nuisance because it can prevent you from performing the simplest everyday tasks such as writing or cooking. The hand itself is very complex, comprised of 26 bones, over 30 joints, about 20 muscles and over 40 ligaments and tendons.
Our feet carry us from here to there everyday and most of us don't give it a second thought. However, when pain arises in this area, it greatly limits our capability of performing everyday tasks. Similar to the hand, the foot is made up of an intricate configuration of structural components; each foot has 28 bones and over 30 joints.

Love love Dr. Ruby Kim & her office!! I have seen multiple doctors for my neck & lower back pain and nobody could ever seem to get it right! I had multiple treatments that never improved my pain, so having Dr. Kim pinpoint exactly what it was that was causing my pain was a breath of fresh air! She's straight forward, gets to the point and that's why everyone comes to see her! Her staff is also amazing! They're super friendly, seem to know the regulars by name and are always willing to help! I've found a gem for sure!

I have been going to Dr. Ruby Kim for my spine/disc and multiple joint issues as well as fibromyalgia for about 2+ years now. Before I met Dr. Kim, I was living with a lot pain, and I sought acupuncture, yoga and massages to temporarily relieve some of my neck, joint and muscle pain. Dr. Kim was excellent in diagnosing the issues early on and provided step by step treatment plans. Best of all was her injections that were extremely effective in treating my pain and I felt significantly better after the injection. Now I feel so much better and pain free!
Dr. Kim is caring and professional. Her office

My co-worker couldn't stop raving about how great his new doctor was, and how much more pain-free his life has become since seeing Dr. Ruby Kim. Having back issues myself, I went to see Dr. Kim and just wow, I was blown away at everything from start to finish: from her professional and kind bedside manner, to her precision and skill in the actual procedure. She knew what she was doing, and it showed as my back pain has now subsided from an 8 (scale of 1-10) to I'd say a 3 within 2 weeks. I highly highly recommend Dr. Ruby Kim to anyone with pain-related issues.
