My son's alternator failed on his 09 Chevy Malibu
He had ordered a tow truck thru his auto insurance to have it towed to RPM ( I spoke with George if it was ok )
Our luck the tow truck got a flat and my son had to wait another hour 1/2 .. and at 6 RPM is closed it was 4:45.
George called to check if we were still bringing the vehicle in .. I explained the situation ,With no hesitation he said he will wait for us after hours .. We were beyond pleased with his customer service and Thankful .,We finally arrived 45 min to 7 .. and my son picked up his car the next day at 4 pm

My Chevy Cruze sprung a leak on the freeway. I was looking for mechanics near by. I found RPM on Google. I spoke to George. He was very courteous, helpful and professional. George explained they we’re very too busy to look at vehicle today but he asked about my problems and tried to help me find another shop that might be able to provide same day service. Even though they weren’t able to help me today, I was really impressed with the service over the phone. I can tell George is a good person. Thank you.

I like this little shop! The two mechanics are friendly, patient, competent guys. I brought my '99 Pathfinder in because it needed to be smogged and a check engine light was on, and it had an occasional misfire. They promptly and cheerfully diagnosed the problems, let me know their conclusions, and then replaced an oxygen sensor and did a very thorough tune up. It still was misfiring, so I brought it back. They were very apologetic, diagnosed a faulty distributor, replaced it, and did not charge me for their extra labor. It now runs great, and it easily passed the smog test.

Went here for spark plug replacement. Joseph and the team did a great job asking me about the symptoms, which eventually led me to get it diagnosed before I changed the spark plugs. They found that the spark plugs weren't the issue and verified what was. Anyway, I still got the spark plugs replaced. The prices here were very economical compared to other quotes I received from a few other shops. Joseph and the crew were really great with customer service and prompt vehicle updates. I will for sure use them again in the future!

Came here on the 5 star reviews here on yelp and wasnt disappointed. Joseph and the boys did a great job. My dodge magnum was hicupping and had a check engine light. They diagnosed my problem, replaced my thermostat and did a mini tuneup and im good to go. Prices were very fair and they did the work quick. I used to go all the way to Moval for my car repairs, no more. Thx guys.

This is the first time I've written a review for auto repair but I would send all my family and friends to this business. They took great care of our car and they were kind and courteous the entire time. They answered all questions and never pressured us to do any extra repairs or anything like that. I went there thinking I needed brakes, rotors and an oil change. They said my rotors only needed to be resurfaced and that saved us about 100$. Peace of mind that my family will be safe is why I will be returning to this business!

Amazing service! Honest and very trustworthy! Jorge and everyone behind the scenes did an outstanding job on my VW Bug. They resurrected her from the dead and she is cruising the streets once again. I took my beat up Toyota Camry here after taking a vacation and coming back home only to find it wouldnt start..I had it towed and it was the spark plugs..I asked about fixing the oil leak and the guy was honest and said it wasnt worth fixing..As a customer who doesnt know much about cars..I deeply appreciated the honest, professional opinion..they have a lifetime customer in me..I plan to see them soom because I recently acquired another vehicle..I also plan to tell anyone who needs car repairs done.

They don't price gouge or recommend work that doesn't need to be done. For instance, if you need brakes but your rotors can be turned instead of replaced, they'll tell you.
