DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!!!
It does not even deserve 1 star. They almost get their clients to be involved in a legal matter.
Carrie Fetner, from Creekside Real Estate, was the listing agent for a house in The Woodlands. My agent and her started a negotiation regarding the house she was selling. Both parties agreed on a price, closing date and all other terms which are the essential terms of a purchase for real estate according to the law. After our agreement I spent the whole weekend in meetings with banks and financial institutions and suspended my search for houses, missing other possible opportunities
