Even though her work was great and her staff was great, Dr Zambon's "bedside manner" was terrible. She even tried to talk me out of continuing with the implant after she had already removed the previous root canal/crown. She never listened to what I had to say and ignored my minor complaints. She gave off a vibe that she's the specialist and knows better even though it was my body that was having the issues. It was like she made me feel like she knows more about my body than I did even thought I have dealt with my issues for over a decade. I would not recommend her if you care about how she will

My visit was for a cleaning. I am a dental ceramist and very knowledgeable about the infection control standards in the dental clinic. Her office was clean and I did not feel uncomfortable in any way.
Dr Zambon and her staff were so warm and welcoming. The hygienist , Denise took the time to get to know me and addressed all my concerns. She was very thorough and complete and never rushed me through. When I had a question about a little issue about my soft tissue Dr. Zambon was there to offer her clinical thoughts about any treatment I might consider never feeling that I was being over treated

From the first phone call to checking out this team is a 5 Star. Very clean office I feel comfortable here. The procedure plan Dr. Zambon gave me was is easy to understand. The assistant that performed the Pre-Op answered all of my questions and was so kind. Pam the Practice Manager reviewed all the insurance and payments questions easily.
