Bring your equipment to one of our locations to have a technician diagnose the issue at no cost to you. Our technicians hold certifications for most manufacturers and are continually receiving training to ensure that they stay in step with the latest technology.
In our stores we have a selection of scooters that you can try out. From the Go-Go series that can be taken apart into 5 smaller pieces to make it easier to transport. To the Victory series scooters that can handle more rough terrain like what would be found at a park. All the way to the maxima which can hold up to 500 Pounds.

The authorization process is longer than expected. Got same answer 3 different times.
Finally delivered. The equipment left a lot to be desired. It's tipped over twice. Being a bilateral amputee that's not a good thing. Totally useless if I use my prosthetics, they hang off the end. I called looking for help. Was told, you should have gotten a wheelchair.
Way to motivate! Tell patients to take a step back in their progress.

I have an older Pride Jazzy scooter that I needed some advice and recommendations to make it more secure and safer for my husband. Not only did they recommend things that could be done they took the time to make sure that I had everything that I needed to implement the suggestions. I highly recommend this business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will tell you that they will try to take care of you and then just get approval on whatever they want to sell you. If you call them on it they will lie some more. I talk to the insurance company, just to find out they lied to me and delivered a chair that was completely useless to me. When the chair had been sent in to be repaired for the second time in the three months that I had it.I called the Insurance company, and the rep called to try to get me the correct chair the office manager screamed and swore at the Insurance rep. The rep gave me a file number and told

I have used DME Scooters and More for my parents needs about 2 years now. The people at the store are incredibly helpful and always take the time to educate you and answer all of your questions. I took a walker that was damaged to them and the two gentlemen took time out of their busy schedules to fix it right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else for your durable medical equipment but these people. I highly recommend them to everyone!

BUYER BEWARE! Don't use this place!!! I've been trying to get a wheelchair since the week before Christmas 2018 and now it's July 1, 2019! When I purchased my first chair from DME, I had no problems whatsoever. Everything was handled professionally, therefore that is why I went back to DME again, expecting the same type of service. However, this time it has been extremely stressful due to the lack of communication. I've been trying to get a wheelchair similar to the one I purchased before and have done everything that my ins. told me to do in order to get it approved. DME tells me one minute that

The repair service is fast, when my wheelchair was coming apart on the seat, they helped to repair it even coming to Baylor Scott & White to fix it, I can never thank you guys enough, for your courtesy customer service to the repair, to even delivering the best service, I've ever received. My mom purchased a scooter here several years ago. It has been awesome. Moreover, the people IN the store are simply fantastic. I took Mom's scooter in this week because of some stop/go issues. Planning for the worst (having to buy a new scooter) but hoping for the best (repairable), I left it with the Katrina. Very pleasant! The very next day I spoke with Andy who told me that he was able to repair the scooter!! He even gave me an option regarding repairing the led lights for the battery panel. Thank you to all of you! It is a pleasure to do business with very honest and very pleasant people!

Great service, I took my Go GO Pride in because it was beeping. Steven tested the batteries and they were weak. Had replacements in stock and installed them while I waited, He told me that this may not solve the issue with the beeping. A speed control was possibly going out. A week ago the beeping started again. Calling them to order the parts so I will not be without my scooter. Once they come in they will call me to bring it in for more surgery. They also found a set of seat covers and once they cam in, I took the seat to them and Steven took off the old one and replaced with new covers. I really
