Originally was going to buy a brand new scoot from here over the summer. They were very helpful and tolerable of a newbie during my various visits and deciding which scoot. They even offered a short/free training class on a scoot of theirs (an old Honda Metro), buzzing around the parking lot and up and down the street (NOT a substitute for the MSF course!). I ended up getting a used scoot from a private seller. Even tho I pretty much bailed on them the first time, they still show a commitment to their customers. I showed up today just wanting to look around and to possibly get a pair of gloves

John, axle and the rest of the team at moxie are awesome. I got a niu from them at the best price, they offered delivery at an extremely good rate. When I picked up my niu John actually bubble wrapped my straps to keep them from scratching the moped. These guys can help you find exactly what your looking for.

Axel is a great guy. Knowing it was close to closing time, we called to let him know that we were almost there. He waited for us, then took the time to let us try on helmets. They have an awesome supply of them as well as scooters. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We love the low profile seat he sold us for our Buddy scooter!! We'll go back to Moxie for all our scooter needs!!

After that it's, "Who are you?" Not at Moxie Scooters. You are treated like a valued customer before, during, and after the sale. I'm looking forward to buying my next bike this fall.

Incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. I'm a total newcomer to the world of scooters/motorcycles and John couldn't have been more gracious and complete in answering my questions about the inventory, the training/licensing process, and much more. This company is listed on the razor website as a service center. They are refusing to fix a flat tire and flat out said it's not worth their time. I'm not looking for free and this is ridiculous. Look elsewhere and don't waste your time.

John thank you for your response. It is because of your company policy that I was diverted to Custom Scooters in Plano. They were more than willing to assist and could quickly reassemble the tire after replacing it. Their fast friendly care was just fantastic.

The owner, John, was awesome. I said flat out I wasn't looking to buy. I hadn't even taken my MSF yet. He still took the time to walk me through the wonderful world of scooters. Gave me a breakdown the different brands, engines, and tips on my upcoming motorcycle safety course. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me several pamphlets for different scooters to read. As soon as I got my license I went right back and bought a Genuine Stella. One year later I'm still a very happy customer.

Well, I'm not sure about these old reviews, but I took my scoot, Iron Monkey, in for a repair and oil change, and they did a great job. Juan, my mechanic,Mohave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong, and the price was very fair. I took it out for a long ride and it was even smoother than it had been in the past. Great experience.

I am updating my review to four stars. The owner, John, personally called after all the hassle to try and make things right, which I appreciated. The battery on the scooter was bunk, so I took it back in and they fixed it while I waited. Wish it had been that easy the first time, but thanks for making it right.

The mechanic here was great very friendly and helpful. We were ready to buy two scooters but the owner wouldn't give us the time of day. Even when the mechanic asked him pricing questions for us he still ignores the questions. I will never buy a scooter from here. I would rather drive all the way to Dallas than spend my money here.

First of all, John Raimondi (the owner) is one of the nicest, most honest, and calmest people you will ever meet. He opened the store as an enthusiast because his kids were into scooters, and now that his kids are full-grown he carries on with good manners and charm. When my lady and I were shopping for a scooter, the choice we faced was either to buy a super cheap Chinese no-name brand, or to get a super expensive European make. Moxie offers a price point that splits the difference. They sell scooters by Buddy with a 2 year full warranty, and the difference between these and the Chinese knockoffs

I have been bringing my Piaggio MP3 500 to these guys for about 2 years and have not had a problem They have been friendly and very helpful to me. And they are way cheaper than the Vespa dealership. As a matter of fact I left me scooter with them this weekend. I trust them and they have always done right by me.

I also recently discovered the Moxie Scooters charged me $20 for an inspection when I bought the bike but then never gave me a sticker. Again -- seriously. Luckily the guys from Vespa Dallas caught it before a police officer gave me a ticket.
That means I am out the part owed, the work owed, $20 for inspection, gas to and from his

This is hands down the best scooter dealership in the metroplex. I started my scooter hunt at a Vespa dealership in Dallas, and let's just say that it turned something that sounded fun into buying a car. I was a little perturbed by hidden fees so I came out to visit John at Moxie and it was a great process from the get-go. Moxie charges no hidden fees, just sales tax and the necessary state mandated inspections and registrations. They will also work with you on the price of the scooter.
